Quoted me for ac unit estimate around 17000 and to hold my ac there was talk of freon @250 a pound,while getting quote from a competitor 150 a pound and I only needed one lb., there telling me 1000 dollars for freon the services are way over quotes from competitors. Also the inspection was a joke never opened up or tested airflow ad told it would be 700 to replace part,, again looked at by competitor and was told it would be 10 dollars to replace gasket.Taking my business elsewhere and getting work done. I know it may not matter but I am a veteran and your going to bend me over so that you can make an extra buck Thank you Platinum Heating and Cooling for gasket. Honest inspection and quotes to meet our needs on all levels of installs. If your in omaha area call Platinum Heating and cooling. Will post quotes when I can find them.

Quick, friendly, knowledgable and honest. After multiple plumbers have been out monthly to unclog our basement drain from tree roots, we felt like it was a never ending problem. Equisure was the last and only plumber to thoroughly get the job done and warranted their work for years to come. Definately would recommend.

Would not give a quote over the phone, showed up and charged me to tell me it was an outrageous fee. Will never call again. You should give a free quote like other businesses. Lesson learned. Will never have a company come again if they cannot give a free quote or estimate.

The initial visit was fine. We had used this company in the past several times. Unfortunately, we have called them back 3 separate times since the first visit to follow up on a couple items they found which needed attention. We were told all 3 times, they were working on the bid/info and they would get back to us. Weeks passed. Guess what, never heard back EVER!! Moved on with someone else.

I schedule an appointment to have some plumbing checked. Chris texted 30 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way. Once here, he looked at the issue and resolved it quickly. I recommend Service One!

Frank Christensen came out to perform system check on our 2018 Trane air conditioner unit and our heater. He was very personable, efficient and thorough. He explained what he did and what his system check results were. We were very pleased with his service.

Was almost ran off the road along with 3 other people and doesn’t look like this is the first incident you need to hire new employees safety should always be a priority when driving this man was going 100 mph on the interstate and 65 through town right past schools supposed to be going 30 mph he was completely unaware of anything going on around him as he was on his phone weaving through traffic like a maniac no blinkers and just cutting people off
