Due to a warranty company we were lucky to have been given A& A plumbing.. They came late in the day on a Friday in an emergency situation and were kind, courteous and efficient.. The owner even stopped by to lend a hand.. We had hot water that evening and were so thankful... Thanks again A&A.. We really appreciated everything you did for us!

Two of Raymond Plumbing technicians came to our home to fix a stopped drain. We just bought the house not too long ago, so we were not sure what to expect. They were thorough, even leaving to grab a bigger snake. When they returned they were able to deduce the problem and, with the help of a Sawzall, they cleaned out a grease area that they assumed could have been growing for ten years. They never gave up. I expected the bill to be huge since they were here 2 1/2 hours, but everyone in the family agreed it was very fair because it was less than we thought. We will use them again!

Fernando's ability to come to our house on a Saturday was a relief. Neither one of us can take off of work at the moment. So he was gracious enough to take care of our issues that day. The bath tub faucet and stove gas shut off valve projects were both a success. His prices are very competitive and within reason. We look forward to doing more business in the future.

Craig blew out the dryer wheel, housing & vent. He was very thorough in checking out what may have been causing the problem. He is a professional and I am grateful for his help.

Jeremy did a great job with diagnosing and correcting our GFI issues. Also went over potential work and quotes on a much bigger job and I felt Jeremy provided an abundance of info on how it could be attacked, not only from a work perspective but also from a financing view. Although we have not proceeded with big job I believe with what Jeremy has presented we're in a better position to take the next step. In my opinion Jeremy represents Burton in the most positive way.
