Ben came last minute to fix a valve on my water main. He charged a resonable price and was at my house with 15 minutes. We had no water in the house becuase of the broken valve and Ben had us up and running in less than 1 hour. Super nice and great service!!1

Asked to get my tub faucet to shut off. Hot water and flow were fine to Micro Plumbing's visit. I now shower in lukewarm water and flow is far less. I was given one solution to fixing the problem, swap out my piping (I live in older home - never experienced any issues prior). Second repair person confrontational, owner said he would return call - five days later still waiting. $375 for lukewarm water. I hope at best it's incompetence and not trying to fleece an older customer. Not worth a star - but people need to know.

Excellent service, advice and follow up

Aksarben ARS was quick to get me scheduled and get a repair technician out (Michael P). Michael was professional (wore gloves and mask amidst Covid-19) and talked me through everything he was looking at and seeing inside of the my 30 year old furnace. While he said getting a new furnace is the best route to go for my money, he still wrote me up a quote for repairs if I do decide to go that route. Thanks for the quick and educational service!

Person came out to fix my shower. Thought it was done properly. Paid over 300$ for my shower to still have issues.

Been a week and they still haven't stopped by to fix the problem. Fernando just reads the texts and doesnt respond! I scheduled times with him 3 times already. And no show. Pretty soon I will be getting a lawyer!

Don't go anywhere else. R mechanical was prompt, and patient, answered our questions, gave us options, and all their techs and staff are professional, efficient and I can honestly say, I trust them to do what they say they will do. They will take care of you. I will only be using these guys for any heating and air issues from now on. Don't waste your time with anyone else, like we did..... R mechanical came out and had us up and running in a few hours. Fantastic, honest crew.

I had two separate issues that were handled by two different employees on Friday the 24th and Tuesday the 28th. Both individuals I interacted with were friendly, performed the work in a timely fashion, and kept me updated at all times. They were straight-shooters.
