Perhaps they should avoid making rude comments about other people in public when driving a company vehicle. Doesn’t look good for business.

Cliff was very professional, he arrived during the designated time frame. He introduced himself and proceeded to set the temperature and check as needed, then checked the furnace. All went well.MC

Service Tech was awesome, on time, and professional. He identified the issue immediately, and fixed it quickly. The fee was hundreds less than expected, so that was just an added bonus. We will definitely call Burton for all our future heating & a/c needs.

Great service!! Dispatch is always quick to respond, technicians are always on the ball, and every manager i have dealt with has been open and honest.

Seems like they have a history of bad drivers. Just watched one employee drive 100+ mph down I80 weaving in and out of traffic. Driving on the shoulder and tailgating multiple vehicles. If there employees are a testament to their service I would strongly recommend any other company. Putting peoples lives at risk is a major concern and from what I’ve seen this is a recurring problem with this company and it’s drivers. Be careful out there if you see them on the road they have no regard from human life.
