Best Gas Leak in Omaha NE

Spoke with Ben who quoted me $135 an hour, which I agreed to. He sent 2 guys to fix 2 toilets which were ghost flushing and replace a sink faucet. Upon completion I was presented a bill with a $225 an hour charge. Spoke with Ben where he tried to bully me by repeatedly saying I was informed of the added charge for 2 men when I was not informed. The bill also included a $100 charge for parts which were worth maybe $20 max. Not 48 hours later both toilets stopped working. Again spoke with Ben who was incredulous the toilets were not working and begrudgingly stated he would have someone take a look at them sometime next week. Aghast, I reiterated BOTH toilets were not working. He reluctantly agreed to have someone out that day. 2 weeks later, one toilet started vacuum sealing and the other would not complete a full flush. Afraid to call Ben, who had stated he was done with me. I videoed a friend where we discovered Ben's plumbers had turned down the tank water so low, it was causing these issues. I fixed it myself.

We called him when our furnace stopped working, he came out to our house at 4am to fix our furnace, drove 1HR to get to us.

Jeff Mumm and his crew always do a superlative job. They are responsive always and especially in emergency situations. We cannot say enough good things about them.

Call several times nobody returned calls to come out do work

Have used Smith Pro twice now. Once to hook up our kitchen faucet, disposal, and plumbing after new countertops were installed, and the second time to replace a water heater and install a water softener. Both times they completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up when they were done. Very happy and will use their services again.

I can not recommend these guys enough. I called and spoke to Brad on the phone to get a quote for replacing a washer hookup and moving a water line for my new fridge. He got out there within a day or two to actually get us the quote, then scheduled one of his guys to actually perform the work just a few days after that.

Carlos (the guy that did the work) was awesome. He offered to wear booties on his shoes even though our house is completely demolished for a remodel right now. He got the work done quickly, it looks great, and he didn't leave a mess when he was done. Best of all, it ended up costing less than what we thought it was going to cost.

Seriously, stop wasting time with Burton or whoever else – call Big Birge. They're fantastic.

A&A plumbing was great experience. The person who came out was very knowledgeable, helpful, on time, reasonably priced and very personable. Will definitely be using them again. Would recommend to anyone!!

The owners are no less than amazing. They're beyond friendly, they are not above working after hours or long days. They're friendly and will get you taken care of immediately. They work non stop and love what they do. Deb and Steve are the ideal owners of a company. Most of the time you never get to meet or see the owners, and that is not the case here. I love that they're prices are reasonable and I don't have to break the bank to get a job done!
