Our technician was super helpful and did a great job with a stubborn clog. He gave us great tips for future upkeep. On time and very friendly.

Had a slow running basement floor drain. Diagnoses was that the line under the basement was rusted out. Roto-Rooter would have to go under the concrete to repair. Crew (Mitch and Scott) showed up on time. They partitioned off area around where they would have to cut and jack hammer concrete, layed covers over flooring. Work took 2 1/2 days. Other than the jack hammer noise, I hardly knew they were here. they had to remove and replace down drain, and about 10 to 12 feet of line. They removed all the mud and concrete. Repair looks very good, and floor/kitchen drain works great now. I highly recommend.

Everyone at A Raymond has been so helpful this week. Our sewer line went out of commission pretty rapidly, and the folks at A Raymond were able to come out and get things fixed much quicker than we thought possible. Dana was a great help both times he was here. And Josh and Erich were here to replace the sewer line. They were just the nicest guys and they did such a wonderful job. We are thanking God for leasing us to such a great company.

John came out to clear our toilet drain he was here within 1/2 hour of our making the call, He was fast and efficient, explained what caused the clog and how to avoid it. Fast friendly service....5 stars

I manage buildings, some mine, some for others. I always use Prairie. Some buildings have other service agreements when I take over management, as soon as it's up I switch them, Owners are always happy. Good service, nice technicians, fair pricing, and honest.
