The owner not only fixes the problem, but explains the problem and how to ensure proper maintenance. Everything is done with excellence and your home is left clean! They are also punctual and responsive. Overall, a great company that gives you confidence and assurance as a homeowner. I would recommend!

I was having a few issues in my bathroom that included the toilet, shower, and faucet so I called Fernando at 402 plumbing services and he came out the same day was here within an hour and a half and he fixed everything immediately at an amazing price ! He is professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and does a great job thank you so much! I will be spreading the word about 402 plumbing to all my friends and family.

We paid hundreds to have an issue solved and it was only temporary. Unfortunately, the services aren't guaranteed, and when I called to request video footage, the owner was extremely rude and said they didn't have it because there wasn't a problem (even though I paid for them to use a camera and they didn't bother showing the footage while here). He talked around the issue at hand, telling me how long their snakes were and cameras cost for their vehicles, which is irrelevant when my issue is still persisting. The problem I paid for was not fixed and we have had thousands of dollars of damage as a result. Needless to say, I went with another company that has been taking great care of us and guarantees their work. I do not recommend this company. He was very rude when confronted with an unsatisfied customer, and customer service is everything.

As you can see by the response, he is not willing to help. Not once did we ask for money, but rather the video footage. But he was quick to put us as culpable for flushing items when we have never done such a thing. Others guarantee their work. Lesson learned: make sure your work is guaranteed and ask for the video footage outright. Don't allow for someone to get away with an unthorough job, like snaking only a portion of your plumbing, when the real problem still persists beyond where they stopped.

P.S. They missed entirely the bellying of the pipe and also missed out on a $50,000 job. Not a clogged pipe from what was mentioned.

Another help call made to Burton, when your plumbing is hurting you better call Burton... I did and they fixed my problem.I hope you get John as I did. My hat goes off to my technician, he was awesome and did a great job. Very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Placed numerous shoe protectors on each time he came into the house, I counted three different sets on to protect our floors, cleaned everything up when he finished. I say he deserves some recognition for being the perfect Burton face to the public and being such a great tradesman that knows his business. Give him a promotion.

Water heater went out at night. I called Dan at 8a the next day after 3 other plumbing companies in town said they were 1-2 weeks out. Dan showed up at 2p that same day and we had a new water heater up and running 45 mins later. I even cross referenced his pricing and couldn’t beat it! Highly recommend.

He came and saved the day. He showed to help us with unclogging a drain and was very professional.
