Asked to get my tub faucet to shut off. Hot water and flow were fine to Micro Plumbing's visit. I now shower in lukewarm water and flow is far less. I was given one solution to fixing the problem, swap out my piping (I live in older home - never experienced any issues prior). Second repair person confrontational, owner said he would return call - five days later still waiting. $375 for lukewarm water. I hope at best it's incompetence and not trying to fleece an older customer. Not worth a star - but people need to know.

Quality service from beginning to end. They walked me through what they were going to do and how, they put plastic on my carpets and stairs and covered my furniture since they had to cut into my wall board and dust was going to go everywhere. They also cleaned up after they were done; wiped down the walls of all the dust, cleaned up my carpets and cleaned up my floors, all this was unexpected!!
No more dripping pipes and best of all it was a very fair price. Thanks Perfect Plumbing.

Called a little before 4 pm. Said they would be here between 4 and 8 pm. 7.30 rolls around with no call or notification. Called and they said they would be there as soon as possible. 9.30 rolls around, I called and they hung up on me. Called again and said they couldn't get anyone out until 1 am. Any one who has written a review with more than one star must not have had an emergency or their emergency was before 4 pm. Will never use this service again

Service tech was a nice enough guy, but I felt like I was being taken advantage of when billing came. Service call is $59 to look and tell me what is needed. He looked at my sump pump and with me there called the manufacturer. I guess that call was going to make the interaction $108. When I asked about the difference in rate he said he made a phone call so he did something (5 minute call with me). I stated that on the phone the rep said nothing would be done without my authorization. He then took the fee back down to the service call rate. I'm glad he did the right thing and changed it to the $59. I don't think I should have to fight for that. Outside of that he was very professional, kind, and gave me an honest estimate to replace the whole pump. My advice is to take surprises out of the equation. I don't mind paying what you are worth, but if a 5 min phone call is going to cost me an extra $50 then let me know so I can decide what to do.

The plumber was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was happening with my drain and how he was going to resolve the issue. I also like that the company guarantees their work.

Received annual air conditioner check up through Aksarben ARS. The technician arrived within the appointment time and the office called me 30 minutes in advance. Derek M was professional, friendly and thorough. He was considerate - putting on booties to protect the carpet, disconnected the hose because it might freeze again, returned everything to the condition he found it when he arrived. Even friendly to my dog!

I called for help with my sprinkler system and they were able to solve my problem in a couple of hours.

I hope Wayne is alright ,because we had contacted him about a job over a month ago and since then he has not responded to calls nor gotten back to us on pricing. If you're looking for a septic system install call Midlands he'll answer your phone call or at least get back to you (we're working with him now, he's good!). Henton's not gonna do a job in Omaha they are too busy, and most other company's won't do septic replacement despite stating it on their website. If your a septic company and want to earn some business comment below please.

Efficient, friendly and there were some additional problems that occurred after they fixed the toilets but they came out promptly to fix without additional charges. Highly recommend them
