We had our sewer main get blocked and collapse and frantically called plumbers all around the city. Cliff answered our call after hours and took the time to discuss the issue with us. Junior was out the next morning bright and early and helped diagnose the issue. Once it was known the entire line needed to be dug up and repaired, Junior and Keith worked diligently for 5 days to find the blockage, repair and replace the line, and ensure they cleaned up the yard as much as possible. They were always friendly, honest, and on time. The communication was great as well. I would highly recommend using VIP Plumbing for any plumbing services you need. We had a great experience and will be calling on them for routine maintenance and if we have any future emergencies.

The owner and his adult son, also a plumber, resolved my issue in five minutes. They were very respectful, professional, and clean. Hull Plumbing came out after hours and fixed our plumbing emergency quickly and professionally. They were here within an hour of our call for help, what an amazing turn around time! The house is old and had been remodeled strangely with the added bathroom so they had to really trouble shoot to figure out how to get to the blockage. We are so happy that they were able to fix everything without having to tear things apart. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had Todd come out after a bad customer service experience with a different company didn’t follow up well on a potential issue. Todd was kind and explained well what had happened and though there wasn’t any issue to fix, he did his due diligence to make sure there weren’t any other issues. He took extra time to educate us and help us understand. He takes his time, he is thorough, and provides excellent customer service. They also are very affordable compared to the previous service provider. I highly recommend them.

Called them on Saturday 3pm to have someone come by, our bathroom faucet wouldn't stop leaking. Theres a 150 charge for it being after 5pm now. They said someone would be on the way, 5:30 rolls up and we get a call asking if we could have someone come out Sunday between 10-12. They didnt show up until 12pm. We were charged $245 for them to come out on Sunday. The faucet just needed a new o-ring. We should have tried to fix it our selves 😬 would have cost $2.

We have used Buddy's plumbing service on multiple occasions. They have given prompt and competent service, with reasonable rates.
