Can’t say enough good things. Got what I needed done quickly and cleanly. Mike was fantastic and Lakeshore will be our go to for plumbing and ac services from now on.

Found a catastrophic issue with our water tank. Less than 5 hours later Mike was done. From call to completion of new tank installation was less than half a day. Your mileage may vary but I’m very thankful for the service they provided.

Lakeshore Heating/Air and Plumbing was amazing! We got a tech out quickly to assess our tankless hot water heater. Joey helped so much and told us lots of valuable information that we didn't know since we've never had tankless before. He was polite, kind and thorough with his evaluation and fix to our problem.

Lakeshore Plumbing was easy to work with and Rocky the technician was great. Had a previous plumber out 2 months prior and they didn't find the actual issue, just ran a snake and got through one place and stopped. The issue was diagnosed by Lakeshore Plumbing as the pipe was not connected to the sewer tap. Rocky described the issue(s) and what was most important to fix first and what could wait just a bit. Also office staff very friendly and helpful. Will use again if I need plumbing services.

Our son at college in Norman had a leak around the sink valve in his house. The plumber arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He identified the problem and replaced the valve. I called Lakeshore after another plumber couldn’t figure out our sewer line back-up issue. They came out the next morning right on time. Despite the freezing cold weather, our technician Mickey went up on the roof in the freezing wind and cleared the blockage. He was very kind and professional, and went above and beyond for us. Lakeshore was the 3rd company to look at the problem in our home and the first to fully fix it. Mikey was able to ultimately diagnose a bad mixing valve and we now have fully functioning faucets in all bathrooms.

Patrick came out to my clinic today to fix our thermostat. He was very professional and friendly. He explained everything perfectly and was super nice.

Had leak in wall behind water heater. Replaced about a 4” piece of pipe. Moved water heater to get to it, then ended up cutting hole in bedroom wall to fix it. Glad it is fixed. 3 hours work cost $1,800! Seems pretty EXPENSIVE! Who else makes $600/hour?

Called Lakeshore to checkout and fix a backup issue I was having from a line in my garage. The pipe went outside and had a cleanout. The technician didn't even open the clean out. He left and they sent me a quote for what needed to happen. They quoted me 5500 a day with no stipulations on how long the work would take. This is after they did nothing. They didn't open the clean out, they didn't run anything to investigate or try to remove roots from the pipe. They did nothing and tried to charge me to bust up my kitchen and remove pipe that didn't need to be removed. I will never call this sham company again. I called a plumber that our family uses. Had my pipes working again within a few hours for much much cheaper. THIS IS NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY

Excellent service from Lakeshore Plumbing. Mickey Jones was very professional. He fixed the problem right away and then gave me options for future repair. We most likely have tree roots partial obstructing our clean out pipe. I highly recommend Lakeshore Plumbing and Mickey Jones!

The office ladies are very informative and give fast appointment dates. The plumbers show up on time and are very professional. Johnny is the best! After 3 other plumbers he was the only one that found the issue and repaired the problem in the line. I will definitely use them again if needed.

This company has been fantastic to work with. They answer the phones with professionalism and knowledge of their product. They always communicate by call, text and email. They show up when scheduled and if there is a conflict, they have always informed me. I highly recommend them as we did a new addition to our property. I will also use them for any repairs we have on our existing home.

FYI they charge over $4,000 for regular water heaters and over $5,500 for tankless water heaters, which is over $2,000 higher than what their competitors charge.

They gave me a bid to fix my plumbing and I signed the bid. When they came out they only did a small portion of what they promised to do and will not honor original bid even nothing changed. I would absolutely NOT recommend them at all. When the plumber was here, you could tell he didn't want to do much work, he just wanted to go to the next job. If I could give negative stars I would!

Lakeshore installed hot water heater for us. Very professional and reliable. We then had issues with gas fireplace. Called them up and was here the next day. Had Joey stumped for a bit but he kept trying different avenues. He got it figured out, which the problem was highly unusual, ordered the part and there we go. Extremely professional service! Ray called to let me know ahead of time that he was on his way. He was super friendly, super helpful, did a great job not only fixing our issue but explaining everything along the way. He gave us a free inspection for the rest of our plumbing to check for issues that we might not know about. Very knowledgeable and gave us some very helpful suggestions to avoid further plumbing issues. The price was very reasonable as well. 10/10, will use again!! :D

I was very happy with Lakeshore. I called on Thursday at 4pm, and they had someone here at 11am on Friday, so that was amazing. My repairman Ray did an excellent job. He explained what was going to do, went and got the parts and had it all finished the same day. Thank you so much!

Update: I had to call Lakeshore Plumbing out again today for an entirely different reason. Thankfully I received the same fantastic service as the last time. Ray is an outstanding plumber and incredibly knowledgeable.

We needed our water pressure regulator replaced. They got us scheduled that week and finished the job very quick. Plumber was very nice and appreciated being educated on questions I had. He also noticed we had no expansion tank above our hot water tank, so he offered to quickly install that also in the same day. Very pleased I went with Lakeshore PHA.

Top notch! Highly recommend! Had a hot water heater leaking badly. Called him in the morning, he responded quickly and was at my place just after noon. Price was fair. Not the cheapest, yet not the most expensive. Pay a little extra and you get quality work, yet not paying for advertising. Care and craftsmanship was top notch! You won't go wrong hiring Lakeshore Plumbing!

The Lakeshore Plumbing team was professional, quick, and communicative. We had several other plumbers look at the issue we had and they quoted us outrageous prices and complicated fixes that involved tearing up our kitchen and yard. Then, the Lakeshore team came in, diagnosed the problem, and did an easy fix that saved us so much time and money! Mike at Lakeshore plumbing did an excellent job with our renovation, which included repairs on an old home and also a new addition. He also has been quick to answer questions and is a resource for me as a homeowner. After a different plumber blew me off, I called Lakeshore. They were friendly and listened to everything I knew about what was wrong at my house. The scheduled me in the first available slot and got me back up and running in no time. They were knowledgeable and friendly the entire time. They were very friendly. I received text messages when the appointment was scheduled and again when the plumber was en route. They gave me the exact cost before any work was done. I received a discount for being a first time customer. The plumber used an iPad allowing me to pay with a debit card and he provided an electronic receipt. The repair was not that complicated but it was done quickly and worked perfectly.

I've used Mike and Lakeshore plumbing 4-5 times the past couple of years. I had a hot water tank installed in the last 1-2 years without any issues. The hot water tank stopped making hot water and I called Mike and his team at Lakeshore. They arrived the same day and within 3-4 hours to fix the problem. The issue was a bad element. Mike fixed the element at no absolutely ZERO cost. The element and the labor was covered by the guarantee of Lakeshore Plumbing. I have recommended Lakeshore Plumbing to several family and friends since I've started using them and will continue to use them as they were recommended to me by one of my friends. As a bonus Mike even remembered our conversation about our favorite music groups. This tells me he takes his professional relationships personally.

We scheduled our first service call with Lakeshore Plumbing and were very pleased with the results. We just had Mike from Lakeshore Plumbing come to our house to install a new Natural Gas grill and hook it up to our gas line. He was very knowledgeable and professional. It was clear Customer Service was his priority and I would highly recommend Lakeshore Plumbing!

We have used Lakeshore plumbing several times over the last nine years and have been very pleased with the service, response time, and professionalism of this company. I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

I had a bad whine in my pipes occasionally when we flushed a toilet or ran a shower. It was very sporadic so we weren't sure what it was. I found out that most likely it was was the Water pressure regulator. So after talking to some other people called lakeshore.. Ray came out and agreed that was probably the issue.. Said since my system was closed I also needed a thermal expansion valve on my water heater. I'm normally a do-it-yourself but this was a little out of my range since it was the plastic pipe , as opposed to copper. I figured this would be an all day job, but it only took Ray about an hour. The charge for this was $825, which I thought was a little high for an hour's work and about $100 worth of material. This also included $100 first time customer discount. Ray set the water pressure at 70 PSI which he said we would really like because it would be a lot stronger. I asked him if that would make anything leak and he said no way. Well next day my shower started leaking, and two of my toilets would not stop filling. Had to reset the toilets an order a seal kit for my shower. Called Rsy to reset the pressure to 60 lb. He said the leaks were coincidence. Didn't offer to repair the dripping shower , but I fixed that myself. All in all Lakeshore repaired my issue and I paid the price that they gave me. I could have said no but I wanted it fixed. It may be the going flat rate for those jobs. They did also replace the shut off handle which was right near the pressure regulator. It's so hard to know what a fair price is. I think I would price around first but I would probably use Lakeshore again if their price was comprable.

1st Visit, Lakeshore sent a team same day to diagnose our slab leak. They arrived the next day to do the work. They completed all the work the same day and cleaned up after themselves.

2nd visit same service.

3rd visit we had a leak in our service line. The Technician was one we hadn't had before. The team came out and started work. They ruptured several Sprinkler lines and failed to repair them and covered them without saying they wouldn't repair them. We received little communication from the lead tech. It was only the other techs that communicated with us.
After asking them to repair them they did a few but connected then in reverse order to the valve box. I just spent the whole weekend diagnosing and repairing the work I just paid $6,400 for. Maybe we just got a bad tech. I guess these days 2/3 is ok.

I had an emergency issue with a shower/bath nozzle not turning off. They made it out within the hour. They sent out Mickey and Q. These guys are the A-Team! Absolutely, the best customer service I’ve ever seen from the plumbing industry. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mike did an incredible job fixing multiple broken pipes in my house that prevented me from having water. He was very informative of the process and really worked hard. He treated my home very professionally and I am so grateful for Lakeshore's services. If you need a plumber, Lakeshore is your go-to. Hard-working and honest.

They were very prompt and take great care to provide an excellent service experience. Someone had flushed a Unicorn Gold spray bottle down the toilet at my shop, which Ray quickly discovered and removed. The price was on par with the level of professionalism and expert service and I am happy to have a new go to plumber for the future. Great company and awesome service! Our tankless water system has been consistently taking longer and longer to get hot water for some time now. We've had other techs come out but haven't been able to find the issue. We got tired of paying $200+ each time someone came out so we've just put up with it. When we needed a new kitchen faucet installed I thought I'd give another company a try at fixing the hot water system. Thank goodness I did because Mike was so thorough and tested more areas than previous techs and he was able to fix the issue and we now have hot water in seconds as opposed to 4 - 5 minutes. Lakeshore Plumbing will be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

Lakeshore is my new favorite plumbing company! They came out and talked me through several issues we’ve had. They fixed the main one I’d called about and gave a very thorough investigation into the other issue. These folks know their business! I contacted Lakeshore Plumbing and spoke with Kathy about the possible causes of my water leak. Her friendly manner, knowledge and willingness to talk with me at length convinced me to give this company a try. We scheduled a Friday appointment, but they were actually able to come a day early, found the source of the leak and repaired it for a very reasonable rate. We had a huge issue with our basement constantly flooding so we called Lakeshore to have it permanently taken care of once and for all. Ray came out to assess the situation and came to the conclusion that we needed a sump pump. He got the quote to us fast and started the next day. Plumber just went of what i said and not actually looking for the real problem. I now have holes in my wall that are not being fixed, the problem remained and I was charged an arm and a leg.

Mike has done a number of plumbing repairs for us over the years and he never fails to do a excellent job. No cutting corners or slipshod work! His latest job at my place involved replacing a water heater, garbage disposal, and fixing my leaking fridge water filter line. My water heater went out this morning. I called Lakeshore at 8:30 am. A technician was at my house by 11:30 am to work on my problem. He visited with me at length about my plumbing questions. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and quick! I recommend giving them a call. Ask for Ray, he was awesome!

I have worked with a lot of contractors and these guys were great. When I called they were very honest and upfront about when they would be able to come out and fix things rather than promising me a day and then not being able to come out that day. The tech was very professional, friendly, and very thorough. After they fixed the issue, the same thing started happening a few days later, I called them and they sent someone out the next day to resolve it for free as they offer a 30 day guarantee.

CJ was timely, professional, and did great work for us. He even stuck around a few minutes to chat about the outdoors and life. If he’s any indication of the folks Lakeshore hires, you won’t be disappointed. They’ve won my repeat business. A+

They installed a kitchen faucet and a bathtub drain with overflow with a new shower valve and raised the shower head. They did a good job. I couldn't say if the price was competitive or not since I needed it done that day due to another plumbing company bailing out on me the day of. Lakeshore was able to make time and even though they scheduled for 2 hours, it took 5 hours due to the bathtub being the original tub from when the house was built in the 60's.

We had a very slow leak in a water line to our second story bathroom. Called Lakeshore plumbing and scheduled a plumber to come out and take a look. The plumber discussed a few options with me on how to go about diagnosing and fixing the problem. We settled on replacing the copper lines that run from the basement to the second floor bathroom. The bid was reasonable and the work was timely, but when we turned the water back on after the water line was replaced, the leak had actually gotten worse.

It turns out the water leak was not caused by the two copper pipes that ran from the basement to the second floor (as originally diagnosed), but instead was caused by a leaking second story shower valve (unfortunately several holes were cut in our walls in order to route the pipes to the second story).

I spoke with several people at Lakeshore about my options and they were very courteous and helpful, helping to setup a follow-on appointment to fix the actual cause of the leak (I needed a new valve for the upstairs shower). I set up a time when the valve could be replaced and it was scheduled for an afternoon the following week. The owner even agreed that they would provide the trim kit for the valve replacement. Overall at this point, i was a little frustrated that the problem had been misdiagnosed and that we would be without water in that bathroom for 3 or 4 days, but overall the response from the owner, and Lakeshore Plumbing as a whole, was very positive in wanting to get the problem resolved as quickly as possible.

When a different plumber showed up to my house for the second appointment (the following week), he unfortunately seemed to have very little knowledge on the history of the problem, didn't have any of the necessary parts to replace the valve, and indicated that he could replace the valve, but it would have to be on another day.

Spoke with the owner of Lakeshore plumbing again asking why a second plumber was at my house for an appointment without the required tools/parts needed to perform the agreed upon services, and we eventually worked out a plan to have the plumber stay late and perform the installation that evening. The plumber stayed into the evening and was even joined by the owner. The job appears to have been done well.

Overall i think the work done by both plumbers was fine, i just wish we had diagnosed the problem correctly in the first place, so i wouldn't have several holes in my walls caused by replacing an entire water line up to the second floor, that likely wasn't leaking.
The owner was helpful in fixing the follow-on work and even cut me a discount to do the work, my only other gripe would be the unpreparedness of the second appointment where the plumber came without knowledge of the agreed upon fix and without the proper tools/parts to do the job.

Overall i decided on a 3 star rating, because I am not dissatisfied with the quality of work Lakeshore Plumbing performed , but i didn't feel i could rate the work at a 4 or 5 due to the misdiagnosis at the beginning of the project and the unprofessionalism in scheduling the second appointment.

Mike and his team were very professional and experienced. They have helped me with several plumbing issues over several years and I wouldn't use anyone else. Having a historic house means a few problems from time to time and they have always done a great job. They have cleaned a clog in the house, installed a new hot water heater, and fixed the sewer line to the main line. They saved me a fortune on a sewer line repair I had been told was a much larger problem by another well known company. Mike and his team were able to find the accurate problem and fix it without breaking the bank. I'm very thankful I found this company!

We had a weird problem at our church building, a fairly old building. We had a problem locator service out to find a leak in the supply line and a related leak in the drain pipe. Called Lakeshore to dig up sidewalk and about 3' down to find and repair both. They did so as promised and stuck to the estimate provided. Joey was in charge, very communicative and knowledgeable. Brennan assisted, also very friendly and helpful.

I could not get an estimate over the phone and I agreed to pay a $105 service call to get an estimate. To rebuild two toilet tanks and install two vanity faucets (I have the faucets) the estimate was $875. He said it would take between four and eight hours. What a load! Avoid this company! I feel like I was taken advantage of and feel pretty stupid

These folks really are exceptional. I had a blocked drain line and had them snake it open. They called later that day and then the next week to follow up and make sure that I was satisfied with their service and I am. It is rare to find a business that is so concerned with customer satisfaction. They have my highest recommendation.

When our home needed some plumbing work completed we called Lakeshore Plumbing due to their high regard and reputation. We were not disappointed when Lakeshore had Ray come out and quote. We found Ray fair and experienced. Ray took the time to put together a very detailed quote and explained it to us thoroughly so we knew what we were getting into. Lakeshore's pricing was very competitive so we opted to use Ray for the projects. Ray was punctual and executed the work very well. Our 1949 house presented Ray with a few unique curveballs, but Ray and CJ were able to handle all of them. Ray tested appliances before he was done and recapped the entire project with me upon completion. Lakeshore's commitment to safety and agreeable nature will bring us back again!

I had a slab leak and called them to locate it and give me a quote for repair. They showed up on time and located the leak and did a good job however the quote to repair was absolutely in my opinion price gouging. I called two other companies to get a quote the first one that came quoted the repair in the same way to fix as Lakeshore which was trenching to the house then busting up the tile and slab through the bathroom to attach a new feed line (which would have required me hiring a tile layer to replace the tile at an additional cost above their quote) they were $3000 less than Lakeshore which is a huge discrepancy in price. The second company offered underground boring which only required a small hole be cut into the closet floor was slightly over $1000 cheaper but with no destruction of the bathroom tile and cost to repair the tile. I used the underground boring company. I felt like they tried to take advantage of me because I was in a bad position. I could understand the cost being a little bit more than other companies but $3000 is not within the same universe. The other two companies I got quotes from are not small mom and pop companies and I actually figured they would have been higher in cost but was floored with the differential in their quotes compared to Lakeshore. Lakeshores technicians that came and located my leak were great and I wish I could have used them because I like paying people I like to do work for me but I felt like the company they worked for were trying to get a big payday off of a person who was in a bad spot. This is definitely a case of buyer beware, due your research and get multiple quotes it could literally save you thousands!

Q evaluated my valve and we decided not to repair it, but I would say that I was extremely happy with his approach and his ethical treatment of me. It is not always the case that you can trust someone to only do what need to be done without finding a way to take advantage of you. Any time I need a plumber this will be who I call!

These guys were amazing! We called them in the morning because our water heater busted. They came right over and replaced the water heater by early afternoon. They were very quick, knowledgeable, and a great price for the work. We had a plumber come out for an unrelated issue the week before and was not super impressed. I’m glad we found these guys we can use moving forward!

I called with a shower leak, and was given an appointment two days away. Waited patiently, and there was no show and no call from this plumber. I called, and rescheduled. Second time - same thing - no show and no call. Called a different plumber and he got here in under an hour and fixed the leak right away (see my other reviews). I'd suggest, despite the great reviews, that this plumber is simply not reliable.

I had a non-urgent problem that was fixed before noon of the day following my call to obtain their service. The plumber showed up on time, gave me a quote that was very close to what I expected the job should cost and the work was completed to my satisfaction.

Toilet was not flushing down and bathtub not draining. Tech came out and had everything good within 15 minutes. We have a 5 yr, a 3 yr, and a 1 yr old and turns out the tech was able to pull 2 small baby dolls out of the toilet and clear some baby wipes out of the bathtub drain pipe... obviously kids being kids. Drains are free and clear and it was quick and we are happy now. Obviously $200 is alot of money for a 15 minute drain clearing but thats pretty much the price of admission for a professional plumber to come out and get things flowing again. Would definitely use again if necessary and recommend for others.

Ive used Mike Bolte for several house remodeling projects. Ive used 2 other plumbers before him so I have comparisons. Simply put, I would trust Mike for his knowledge and sincerity. Plumbing is not just putting two pipes together, there is science behind it AND experience. Mike has insight, something which comes from experience and interest. When he puts a new toilet, he levels it so it remains stable. He’s plumbed a whole master bath addition for me and it has passed inspections from the City of Edmond in first pass. He’s licensed but charges as much as some of the inexperienced unlicensed guys. Don’t cheap out on plumbing. Mike is knowledgeable and affordable.

Wasn’t incredibly professional. Didn’t ask about my water heater, tell me about drains I may need, patching floor, we needed 3 compartment sink, mop sink, hand sink installed. Was told it would cost $125 an hour, never received estimate on the amount of time it would take etc...I had better service elsewhere which is why we won’t be using them for services

Lakeshore replaced a cartridge on a Delta faucet and charged me $465. The cartridge at Lowes is $75. The whole faucet assemble new is $175. So they essentially charged me $390 for 1 hours work!!!!!
Follow up: I called and complained about the price and they adjusted the price down $80 so the bill looks like $465, $-100 first time customer fee =$365 - $80 adjustment = $285

Robin was super helpful and dispatched Joey on short notice. Joey did fast, quality work. However, I spent $700 (bathtub overflow - $425 and faucet repair $275) for about 30 minutes of actual work (he went to get parts, which took the majority of the time). Parts couldn’t have been more than $30. Joey doesn’t set the prices so can’t blame him. He was great. I guess they don’t bill by the hour because the same type of job can take longer or shorter ... I guess but sure seems high.

The people I dealt with were nice and professional. However, I just needed a toilet replaced and flange seal replaced. They quoted me $1435.00 to do the job with their American Standard Champion. I called another plumber immediately. And for the American Standard Champion I only paid $569.00 for all of the exact same work. Their prices are a little extreme. We had had 7 other quotes while having the house remolded and no one was ever this high. I would suggest shopping around before you called them.

These guys are friendly, and do their best to save you money. Each time they’ve come out they let me know the high end on what it might cost. Each time it’s been considerable less than their quotes. They fix the problems and don’t charge for unnecessary work.

CJ helped us with a bathroom install that was troublesome to us. We had problems with installing a toilet because the flange attached to our concrete didn’t fit and installing a new one wasn’t working for us. CJ had it corrected in no time and was super friendly. We would definitely call him again for our plumbing needs.

I needed a tank replaced on an old toilet and we ended up just going with a new toilet for a good price because it just didn't make any sense to spend all the time in labor to get all of the rusted old parts off when a new toilet would actually be cheaper and faster. The service was great and done quickly.

There are two types of plumbers. Cheap ones that do crappy work and competitively priced ones that know what they are doing and do it right. I used Lakeshore on my personal home twice and the work was right and so was the price. If you want a cheap plumber that doesn't care one bit about your investment Lakeshore is not for you. If u want it done right by a professional then use Lakeshore. Don't trust you're biggest investment to someone that just lusts for your money. Use Lakeshore who wants to improve the value of your biggest investment with you. We consider ourselves blessed to have found a decent human who happens to be a plumber too. Lakeshore and CJ were great. I had them out to take a look at a clogged shower drain that I had gotten an anger stuck in, but unfortunately it was too jammed to get out. CJ was very helpful in explaining the process of attempting to get it out, and tried everything he possibly could in order to do it, but due to my mistake unfortunately it wasn’t going to work out. Even though we didn’t get it fixed today, but we will definitely be using them to remedy the situation in the future
