Dad's Plumbing

Putting in this review to save their information for the next time I have plumbing issues. They showed up, which seems to be difficult for most plumbers these days, and showed up early. Quality value work, and never felt pressure.

They did a great job and was very reasonably priced will use them again and highly recommend.

This is a family owned and run business (husband, wife, son) and I would highly recommend using them. I had a number of issues in the crawl space under my home. They were very accommodating with my schedule (and the schedule of the heat and air guys who had to remove ducts before they could get to their part of the job), honest, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them in the future for plumbing needs.

We had Todd come out after a bad customer service experience with a different company didn’t follow up well on a potential issue. Todd was kind and explained well what had happened and though there wasn’t any issue to fix, he did his due diligence to make sure there weren’t any other issues. He took extra time to educate us and help us understand. He takes his time, he is thorough, and provides excellent customer service. They also are very affordable compared to the previous service provider. I highly recommend them.

Dad's Plumbing is awesome. I am a Realtor and they are my go to for any plumbing related needs for me and my clients (I also use them on my personal house when I have issues)! They are some of the most knowledgeable and honest people I work with (and I work with A LOT) and I really appreciate all they do for my clients and I.

Definitely needed plumbing service to clear a pipe clog. I called Dad's and spoke with Paul, who was very polite and courteous. I asked about the price for a job.

I didn't feel entirely confident after the call, and the appointment being set, but trusted that it was the right thing to do and went ahead.

The appointment was for 3:30 in the afternoon. On the day of the appointment, Dad's plumbing showed up 15 minutes early, and didn't hesitate to start the job. The technician was efficient, thorough and when he presented the bill, there was a bit of disagreement on the quoted price. However, the technician didn't bat an eye, and went with the price I was quoted.on the phone.

I am pleased to say that the plumbing job was completely successful, and that I fully recommend Dad's plumbing for their excellent service at an excellent price!

After doing business with another local plumber for many years, with increasing dissatisfaction, my husband used Dad's for a job at our family owned business. They did a great job. When we needed work done at our home we got estimates from both companies. Dad's did the work quickly, professionally, and economically. We would recommend them for any job and will definitely use them again in the future.

This review is based on how Keno, my plumber, did today. Keno is super polite and nice. He explains everything super well. I feel like the pricing of the repairs were fair. Keno did an excellent job. He was speedy and did not leave a mess at all. I am thankful that Keno was my guy. Dad's plumbing is awesome and you should definitely request Keno to be your technician.

I want to give a shout-out to Dad’s Plumbing and Drain Service. Recently at a rental property they helped track down and repair a very hard to find water leak in the supply line between the meter and the house. Their painstaking efforts demonstrated the quality of workmanship and the integrity with which they work. The crew was extremely courteous and helpful. They checked and rechecked every plumbing item in the house to make sure there were not any other issues. I will definitely call them in the future for any plumbing issues I may encounter. I wholeheartedly recommend Dad’s Plumbing and Drain Service to all.

Dad's plumbing did a great job. They diagnosed and located the issue using their camera which turned out to be a bad drain connection under the slab that would catch debris. They completed the repair under the slab in a day and get everything working correctly. Would highly recommend their services.

All I can say is WOW. I have been using the companies services for awhile now and all I can say is what a great company. Great work ethic and all around great people. Not only have they been prompt and courteous they have gone above and beyond to ensure everything is addressed at the time of service. Great prices Great Service. you cannot go wrong when you get involved with this company. Thank you again for being so awesome.

Owen from Dads Plumbing has been out to Imperial Terrace several times. His work here as well as his customer service has been outstanding! We have needed a reliable plumber several times recently, and I would recomed if you call Dads ask for Owen , we have not had any further problems with the areas he has repaired in our condos.

These guys were awesome. Fast response, a plumber was out as scheduled. He was able to pretty easily identify our problem. Our tech gave an estimate and explained how he was going to take care of our problem. We will definitely be calling these guys again! Office staff is very friendly.

We used this plumbing company for a remodel in south Oklahoma City. What a terrible mistake! The only time we actually were pleased with them is when they first came by to give an estimate. After that point, it was an incredibly negative experience. Also - fun fact - if you look at their 5 star reviews.. several are from paid employees of the actual company.

First - They failed rough in inspections three times in a row.

Second - They would leave an apprentice plumber with no experience to do much of their work. This resulted in multiple errors including plumbing on the wrong side of a wall, kitchen sink plumbing not being run in wall - but rather coming out from in front of the wall causing me to have to have cabinets cut into, failure to vent hot water tank, and once we got everything finally turned on we had 4 separate leaks.

Third - After calling the owner on two separate occasions, he agreed that this job was a complete screw up. I told him I'd have the faucets installed and he assured me he'd call in a final inspection and end this catastrophe. When the time came to call it in, he refused to call in our final inspection because we didn't hire him to install the faucets after all of his mistakes.

Please.. Please.. PLEASE - do not ever use this company.. They start out nice but it quickly falls apart. EDIT - I read his response. I uploaded a picture of the inspection reports from the citizen access portal - make your own decisions I suppose. As for money he claims I owe - I've sent him invoices for the $1200 sheetrock repair bill and nearly $300 in sheetrock I had to buy for the job. I also had to have another person fix multiple leaks that were left over from his guys.

It gets better! - Upon listing the home for sale after we finally got this nightmare plumbing issue resolved thanks to another company - Dad's plumbing filed a lien for the WHOLE balance of their bill. Now I get to take off work to prove in small claims court that the nearly $1300 sheetrock repair, nearly $800 in fixes for plumbing mistakes left over from the job, and holding costs for the 4 additional weeks this took on the renovation (not to mention my time) makes up for whatever they claim I owe. Plus.. if you owned a company that screwed up this badly - would you then take an already angry customer and make them go to court over $100 that you might have claim to? This has been a lesson in how not to run a business.

I have used Dad's plumbing several times at this point for several different tasks and have received excellent service each time. Their plumbers are honest, professional, and on time as scheduled.

I don't have anything negative to say.

I had Dad's Plumbing do a repair on my mother's sewer line recently. During the first meeting, the gentleman was very professional and thorough in diagnosing the problem and discussing solution options. He was clear to set expectations of what would need to be moved in the yard, to allow for trenching to reach the pipes. Once the yard was ready for the work, they came out and performed the work. After the inspection by the city, they came out and cleaned up the jobsite.

On 4-26-17, I paid extra for an :after hours drain clean out at one of my rentals. The next day, my tenant's dishwasher backed up, flooding the kitchen. I called Dad's, and they promised a free return trip, supposedly to do it correctly. They said they couldn't get back until the NEXT day, after 5pm. Despite a reminder call to Dad's, after 5pm, and a renewed promise that someone would be there within an hour, NO ONE SHOWED UP.

Anthony and Drake are very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. They were both very kind and courteous and were able to complete the job in a short amount of time. I appreciate the time they both took to answer any questions I had related to the current plumbing issues and plumbing in general. Thank you both.

Really feel swindled by this company. I made an appointment to have a quick release fitting added to an existing gas line. They showed up without the part and had to leave to go get it (they charged me for this), and ended up putting a fitting on the end that was not what I needed, didn't fit and wasn't even quick-release. For this they charged me over $300. They would not return a call afterwards for me to try to resolve the issue. I had to spend another $40 to go get the part I actually needed at Home Depot and do it myself.

Had them come out to snake the line. Told them I would be on lunch from work but that didn't stop them from showing up unprepared. They had to run to the store to get a part and one of the guys told me yeah we got to the store and realized that his service truck hardly had anything at all so we just went on a little shopping spree. Thanks for doing that on my time and showing up unprepared.

They also installed a new kit in the back of the toilet. Albeit a brand new kit they didn't install it correctly and the toilet kept running and running. We called and they sent a guy out who knocked on my door and marched in like coming to look at their shotty work was somehow beneath him. Watching him he literally reached in and bent the plastic until he could get it to intermittently stop running then said it's fixed. Then pretty much stormed out. Months later the toilet still runs. Our water bill is out of control because of it.

I would totally recommend this company. I got stuck with a dishwasher that wasn’t installed because Lowe’s didn’t send a qualified technician, so we called Dad’s Plumbing and they came same day and did a fantastic job! I’m very pleased.

I wish this had a more harsh rating system because i would have rated it as such. They have zero customer service! I live in Norman and my rental company hired these idiots to come replace our sewage pipes. They dug it all up and put another back in....that's literally all they did. Pieces of pipe slung all over the yard, piles of dirt, rock and concrete they dug up. They had absolutely no clue how to use the machines they were using..obviously since they had to be rented from another company..they clearly don't do this very often. If you don't know what you are doing, don't take the job on!!! They came out a second time today and our yard still looks horrible. A fairly big ditch remains in our back yard. Nobody came to our door to let us know the were leaving and done for the day. Not even an apology from a single soul that had talked to me about this situation. If all you know how to do is sinks and toilets in the house then i would suggest sticking to that. Don't rent big ass machines that you have no clue how to run. You and your company look absolutely stupid! Our yard looks like crap. My Husband and I now have to figure out how to fix this so our 2 young daughters can go out and enjoy their backyard!!!!

When you want it done right the 1st time. But they will still do business with you even after all the other plumbers RIP you off:) J&Js, Terry's Plumbing, Zack Tipton Plumbing, go ahead and do business with these iodits, they will gladly take your money,...but in the end you'll still have to hire Dad's Plumbing to get it done & get it done right! I know, I am now an experienced fool and a fool and his money soon part:( Do yourself a big favor, call Dad's 1st, negotiate your deal & move forward, don't waste your time and money on the Fools! Unless you have a lot of both to waste!!!

The professionalism they showed when I contracted with them was amazing and so rare here in OKC. They were on time, fast, polite and true to the bid. Did not hit me with any hidden charges and did a great job. They even cleaned up after themselves. Will call them out again! Owens is the bomb!

I called them for an estimate and they came out over a week ago... guy who came out seemed to know what he was doing so I called the office to schedule. Office said she needed to check with plumber and get back to me... I called again a few days later and she said she forgot to call me and would get with him again.... here I am still no call to schedule over week later... Done.

I asked my father in law to call this company to come out because they have great reviews. They scheduled a 3-5 window and never showed up.

2500.00 dollar spent so far first time out outside faucet comes out of the wall. Second time out they charged me $100. 00 but I didn't quite agree with them and they could have told me that it was going to be $200 within the put both or something on but he said he would split it half way with me throwing it up a hundred dollars now I'm into it for 2600 dollars. And now they're coming out again but it's going to take a week they said. There is going to be my fault again $2,600 later.... First original estimate around 2 or 3 hundred. I will update things get better or worse here's the update I came out going to give me an estimate again screw that should told me the problems on house before I spent all that money I was told I will not have to worry about anything else I think they saw an old retired man and just get them are all and they can I'm done with it I'm willing to discuss this with them but I'm done giving them money and like I told the gentleman before I told him to get off my property and he was a gentleman I like the man that came out here my dad knows what right I've called the company he's in a meeting he owns other companies I'm told and he's too busy I left my number waiting on the call but I'm not going to wait too long I record everything that happens around my house video audio anybody knows me they know that so we'll see if I'm wrong I'll let you know I'm wrong1

Nice people overall but at the end of the day we had a deadline plumber was unprepared, not focused, and didn't even know commercial sinks had extenders you could buy separately he took 3 visits to finish a $400 job. Lady that answers the phone is really nice

Todd and the crew at Dad's Plumbing are very professional. I had a water leak under our driveway. You can imagine the possible disaster we were facing. Dad's Plumbing pain stakingly trenched under the driveway by hand (to save us potentially thousands of dollars) and repaired our leak. I can't thank them enough for taking such good care of us.

Great company!! Jacob was very helpful and did a great job, showed up when he said he would and finished the job in a timely manner. Everyone I talked with was friendly, kind and helpful.

Always prompt dependable service no hidden fees and they never say no. We had plumbers tell us things couldn't be done and dads got out and fixed us up with no problems and insisted on a city inspection other contractors do everything they can to avoid inspections. Great company!

Keno has been out to help with a bathroom remodel we had planned. He was very helpful and friendly. I recommend anyone needing plumbing to call Dad’s first.

Well I had a horrible day when I came home to water all over my living room floor. Turns out I had a slab leak and I was really terrified on the process of my floors getting messed up but dads plumbing did a great job on finding other solutions I’m so pleased! Thank you I will be using u guys in the future!!
