When the plumber showed up he gave us a price. The website says theres a 15% discount for seniors. I told the plumber and he said he already figured in the discount. He didn’t ask if we were seniors and had no idea we were seniors until I brought it up. When he sent the invoice via text there was no senior discount listed. We had used this plumber previously this year and I went back and reviewed that invoice, again there was no discount listed. We don’t appreciate him advertising a discount but not honoring it. It seems like this company takes advantage of seniors.

Ray came out and gave me an estimate on water heater replacement. He returned two days later with an associate and installed at the price quoted.
They left the job site very clean afterwards. Robin (in the office) was also very nice to deal with!

I would like to have been able to give them a better review. However, that's not the case. I spoke to the service manager and he said he would have a plumber stop by my job to inspect what needed to be done and what permits needed to be pulled. The plumber never showed. So, I called back to speak with him and was told he would call me back. A week later, no return call. So, I call back again. I was told the same thing; the service manager would call me back. Well, he never did. I suppose the work is great but I wouldn't know since I can't get anyone to actually do what they say they were going to do.

The owner at 8132 Council Rd, Mr. Duck was very rude and inconsiderate about the services rendered at my moms house. They came out on December 12 2019. On December 17 2019, the problem was back, because i called at midnight i was told that i wouldn't be seen til 8am the next day. Mr.Duck said who needs water that time of night. I ended up paying Roto Rooter twice the usual amount to come out. Please please dont use this franchisee. Very poor service.

We had new toilet, kitchen sink and kitchen faucet installed by Coe Plumbing. The staff was nothing less than excellent. From the call to office making inquiry to setting appointment, to the install and repair. Very professional, patient with me while I asked countless questions in regard to the work and equipment. Besides excellent advise on products. The installers Daniel and Jose were very professional and proficient. The work was done in such an impressive manner. Respectful of my home and courteous. They also did a fabulous job on cleaning up the areas and removing my old toilet, faucet and sink. I would highly recommend Coe Plumbing for any job or task that falls in their expertise. Thank you Stacey Coe and all of your staff that I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Wonderful organization all the way around. Very very pleased on all points.

this place is the best in the business

Joe came to fix our garbage disposal. It leaked two times after he fixed it, and he said he was busy with other things, tired, overworked, etc... He overcharged us, and when we asked him about it, he said (he was tired and this just happened and he will write us back a check with the difference). Joe stopped answering our phone calls, and blocked our phone numbers. He owe us at least $250.00. He ran away with it, claiming he is always in church. Not sure people who go to church do this. Never ever again. Zero stars. Don't waste your time. If he has the guts to say otherwise, he can at least answer our phone calls.

Taking advantage of winter storm $500 to 1000 to fix one busted pipe

The guys they sent out were professional and polite and the work they did was great. The only reason I'm not giving them a 5 star rating is because they said my appointment was between 11am and 1pm but they didn't show up until 4PM. I would still recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work done but they will have to be patient and able to give up their day to wait if needed.

Josh and Josh came to fix a broken pipe. They noticed another problem and reran the camera. It turns out the whole line was rotted out all the way to the clean out. They were nice and explained things. Me and my family will definitely call them from now on. I've used other plumbers before, but these guys and ladies are by far the BEST!

I had a bad sewer gas smell coming from my bathroom sink. I called Buddy's and they sent a team out that afternoon. The lead determined that the problem was coming rom the sink overflow and p trap, which had a large amount of mold. He removed the p trap and overflow assemble, cleaned them with soap and bleach and reassembled with no leaks and no smell. Would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Hired to replace my sewer line. Changed start date due to weather, then didn't show up on new start date. Told us it would be another week. About a week after that, they finally finished replacing the line. Told they would come back to clean up my yard and it's been over a week with several days of no rain and my yard is still a mess with big holes that still need to be filled. Not happy!

WORTHLESS! Do not call these people! Scheduled to be here between noon and 3. It's now 4:30 and they never showed up, never called and won't answer the phone! Completely wasted my day for NOTHING! Worthless and inconsiderate.
