Jerry and his assistant came when promised. They looked things over and went right to work. They finished in a timely manner. Jerry even looked at a sink I forgot about. They were polite and tidy.

I called Bailey brothers out to check the Freon in my outside unit there in Yukon. The guy shows up says he can’t check it because the compressor won’t come on. I asked him to put a new capacitor in and try that. He tried to charge me over 200$ for a capacitor they are 13$ at Locke supply. So I run up go get another one he puts it in. The fan started kicking out on thermal overload it had never done that in the 10 years I lived there.He said the unit was toast and I needed a new one. He charges me a 79$ call and leaves. The next day I check his wiring. He had swapped the wires on the capacitor and had the fan wire going to the compressor and compressor wire going to fan which was over amping it causing it to kick out on thermals. Capacitor wiring 101 is if it’s a two stage capacitor check the wires going to the apparatus if it overamps. I swapped the wires back called a different company they added Freon and the old unit cools great. Folks always get 2 or even 3 opinions Ac units are the simplest appliance in the house the so called techs will rip you off in 2 seconds. Not all but a lot will. These units are tough they last decades. I will never use Bailey again.

I called Tipton’s and was able to schedule an appointment with them — SAME DAY, during the time that was most convenient with me! Usually repair services make you work around their schedule, so I felt so amazed that they would work around mine. All the staff that I came into contact with either by phone or in person were super friendly. They repair technician explained the problem with my hot water heater and gave me several options to choose from regarding the repair. The work was done in a quick and efficient time frame. They handled the job professionally and were super personable. I will DEFINITELY call Tipton’s again for my plumbing needs! (By the way, this was a second time that I have used Tipton’s in my home and I had the same experience the first time I used their services back in 2015. They are very consistent with the quality, efficiency, and friendliness of their business.)

this place is the best in the business

Joe came to fix our garbage disposal. It leaked two times after he fixed it, and he said he was busy with other things, tired, overworked, etc... He overcharged us, and when we asked him about it, he said (he was tired and this just happened and he will write us back a check with the difference). Joe stopped answering our phone calls, and blocked our phone numbers. He owe us at least $250.00. He ran away with it, claiming he is always in church. Not sure people who go to church do this. Never ever again. Zero stars. Don't waste your time. If he has the guts to say otherwise, he can at least answer our phone calls.

This is an amazing family owned company. We have used them in the past for our home that got a clogged /leaking pipe for our bathtub. He even looked at a few other things for me to make sure everything else was working. They were prompt, ready to work, and clean with their work. Hired to replace my sewer line. Changed start date due to weather, then didn't show up on new start date. Told us it would be another week. About a week after that, they finally finished replacing the line. Told they would come back to clean up my yard and it's been over a week with several days of no rain and my yard is still a mess with big holes that still need to be filled. Not happy!

I called to get them to bring business cards so we could refer our clients to them and the guy who answered the phone felt the need to tell me they just renewed their insurance and hung up on me. Not a professional business. At. All.
