We called Joe with an emergency during the holiday season. We had a gas leak in the house and knew that a horrible ice storm was on its way. Joe came out the day after Christmas, diagnosed the problem, and helped us with Oklahoma Natural Gas to get our gas turned back on almost immediately. He spent six hours here that day. It was a huge help during a frustrating time. We really appreciated the professionalism and service.
