Amazing Service!
Called at 12:20pm on a Sunday they we're at my home by 1:15pm. Turns out the issue was with the city line. They called the city and stayed while the city was there to be sure the blockage was cleared after the city tried to say it was their line. Wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable techs, dispatch was patient and gave upfront pricing that never changed and followed up with us regarding the city issue; seriously, she's the best. I can't say enough great things about this company. Great customer service, fair pricing, etc.

Called all round town for a plumber to come out and fix a clogged sewer line. No one could give an exact time or price on when they could be out to fix our issues.

Met these guys at whataburger by chance. Said they could be there same day within the hour and gave me a estimate on what it would take and stuck to it.

Installed a new disposal for me . My old disposal was leaking and fortunately a bucket under the sink caught most of the water before I discovered it. Plumbers did a really good job on the install. I had them repair a running toilet while they were here as well. 5 stars!

Had a sewer clog Sunday afternoon . I called a couple of places but they were booked and Thought I was going to go to a motel or friends house but called until I found A-Mac's. Glad I found them!
They got out within 45 minutes and got my drains flowing again. Definitely recommend them for any problems.

I identified a leaking water pipe that was bad enough to get through the wall and damage our flooring. Called one local company who told me they were booked and it sounded like it could wait until next week. Called A-Mac’s and they had a team out to the house within an hour.

They found the source within 15 minutes, which was a screw driven into the pipe that had eroded over time. Instead of repairing everything themselves (which they could have done), they advised us to call our home builder instead to see if they would do the repairs, even though our warranty had passed. Sure enough, the home builder agreed to fix the issues.

Big thanks to A-Mac’s for helping us out and saving us thousands of dollars and a ton of hassle. Will certainly use again in the future for any needs.

We had a brand new GE dishwasher that turned on, but shut off after a few minutes. Steve and Skylar from A-Mac came, same day, which was exceptional responsiveness and were able to quickly troubleshoot the issue with the old plumbing. A shut off valve replacement and a few other adjustments and we were in business again. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!

Great job. They unclogged my drain and explained some easy maintenance. They said there is more intense stuff that can be done if it keeps happening but didn’t push it as needing to be done now unlike other places might do. I will definitely use them again (if I need it) and refer other people.

Toilets stopped flushing and my shower was still holding full of water/sewer. I called a few places but since this happened at night I was not very hopeful I could get somebody out. Called for assistance on a Saturday on a backed up toilet, charged $600 to fix it. Problem was still there Sunday. Called back and had them return Tuesday. Not only did they not stand by their work, they charged another $600 to fix what they failed to the first time. When asked about why it was $1200 to fix a toilet that, total, took 3 hours over 2 days, they gave no answer except “It was the house’s fault.” Continued to ask why they refused to stand by $600 worth of work and how $1200 for a clogged toilet was acceptable, he called me “lazy, disgusting, and obviously a couch potato slob.” Yes, this is the owner by the way. Completely unprofessional customer service and fairly inept at his chosen profession.

Wednesday evening, at 7:00 I called A-Mac’s Plumbing & Rooter. They were out at my house in 30 minutes! The guys were EXTREMELY nice and they educated me. I’m definitely not Plumbing savvy. They fixed my problem in less than a hour! Loved the experience and the time they took to help me understand my problem with my plumbing. I definitely will recommend them!!! Thank you guys so much!!
