I have been using Mr. Rooter for over 30 years. I have used other plumbers, but I always come back to Mr. Rooter. His plumbers are excellent. They come when they say they will. The owner and the dispatcher are WONDERFUL people. They don’t mind taking time to talk and answer questions over the phone. That is very RARE in this day and age. They are in business, and they want to make a profit, but they do it honestly, without gouging their customers. They are just good old fashioned nice people! I recommend them highly!

Had the blower motor replaced by a different company. It barely blew air out the vents after the replacement.

I had previously rated this company fairly high because they are responsive, but unfortunately they have gone down hill since I last used them. I notified the reception that I was calling for a tennant of ours and that we wanted to have a quote for the repair. I was told that they would come to review for free and that they would provide a quoteand I would have 30 days to make a decision to use the repair. That no repair would be made without my approval - and that they would need to contact me for said authorization.

Instead, the owner came, worked on the project without asking anyone for authorization and then demanded the tennant to pay them or they would not leave the property. This is borderline scam. They did business without approval. Fortunately the tennant was able to get a hold of me so I could make the payment - but this was a hard situtaion to put someone in.

I then filed a complaint with the company, and was told via message from the owner that 'they judged me before I even got there.' Which is an odd statement to make since there is no way they would have met him before he got there and just shows the unprofessional level to blame someone else when they did repairs that were not approved. I have not had any follow up from the owner to address my complaint and I feel that they are likely satisified with continuing their scam of 'free' esitmate.

Avoid them at all cost.

Wow! Is all that I can say! My technican gave me the best deal possible on my shower cartilage replacement, but overall the company gave me the best customer service experience! I’ve recommended them to others!

After hours services were prompt, quick, and efficient! Not too costly, was able to give me a full run down and explanation of what I needed and they were able to give me a patch so that I didn't have to go over time hours and they will be sending me an estimate to fix the problem, and they were very very friendly! Definitely recommend Plumb Crazy!

Condensation line clogged, cleaned, water removed. Worked fast. Friendly. Came the day I called.

WORTHLESS! Do not call these people! Scheduled to be here between noon and 3. It's now 4:30 and they never showed up, never called and won't answer the phone! Completely wasted my day for NOTHING! Worthless and inconsiderate.

I called 9 companies one night looking for help getting our water back on at the house and this was the only one that took my call, replied and offered help within a reasonable amount of time. The cost was totally fair and the service was excellent. Thank you!
