In March 2023, Arnold’s Plumbing did another big job for me, replacing a sewer line! This is the 3rd major plumbing job they have done for me since 2021 and they are now my go-to for any plumbing repairs. Nice to have a professional team that I trust with reasonable pricing.

They do such a great job. Have showed up in freezing conditions to deal with water heater problems, have giving us great information on gas lines for our pool heater, and most recently I called with an non urgent issue and they were there and it was fixed with in 3 hours. Highly recommend.

I called and told them what was happening. They arrived very quickly. He checked the system and found that the tank had ruptured. He asked about my situation and advised on several cost options and explained in detail what could be done and the estimated time they would be done. They beat their time and cost was lower than quote. Honest, quick, knowledgeable, friendly company, Dale called back to see if everything was working properly and if I was satisfied, which I was very happy.

Justin with Arnold's Plumbing was exceptional! Got all my drains flowing again. And most importantly he was patient and very informative with the barrage of questions I had for him. Highly recommend!

I had my house repiped and a few other smaller jobs done by Arnold's Plumbing. I highly recommend them. They did great work, good price, and respectful plumbers. As a woman it can often be difficult finding tradesmen who don't treat me like I don't know anything and overcharge because they assume I'm ignorant of the work. This was not the case with Arnold's Plumbing, they were great to work with!

We had a new toilet that had been installed by another plumber but, it was leaking from the bottom. So after attempting DIY installation several times we called Arnold's plumbing and so glad we did. The response by phone was friendly and she worked me in same day. Devin and Timothy showed up this afternoon and went right to work setting the toilet. The water pressure was low when they finished so Devin suggested a new stop. That fixed the problem now everything is working properly. The guys were friendly and professional. Thank you both for a job well done.

An ABSOLUTELY stellar job. Input info online and received a call about an hour later. Was told a crew could be at my house in 30 mins to take a look at my water heater. Justin and Orlando showed up and I told them I wanted the whole dang thing replaced. They immediately got to work installing a new water heater and gas/water shut off valves. They were extremely professional and worked efficiently. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Justin & Devin had my broken outside faucet replaced within the hour after arriving! They explained everything to me and were very professional. I will use Arnold’s Plumbing every time!

Let me start off by saying, the plumbers that came to do the work were quite professional and did a great job. On the other hand, I do not recommend this company one bit. They will quote you a job for a number with labor and if they get it done in half or even less then half the time it takes to complete said job, they will still charge you the full amount. When I spoke with Dale, from the start of the conversation he was defensive. When I asked why I am paying for 6-8 hours worth of labor when the guys completed it in 2 1/2 hours, he became very irritated and actually hung up on me. Then I called him back and he proceeded to yell at me when I questioned why I was paying for more labor then what his guys worked. His response was, thats just how it works, doesn't matter how long it takes thats what you're paying. I'm sure if they went over 8 hours, which is what was quoted on the high end, they would have charged me more. Their excuse was, that's what the job costs but in the quote it states To accomplish job we est. 6-8 hours with labor and materials, we estimate this job to cost $**** - $****. I wouldn't have even questioned the price if the initial estimate had said it will cost this amount to complete it. But they are charging for labor time and materials. So how are you going to charge me for a full day's work when they only worked a quarter of it. Long story short, do not use this sorry excuse for a company. They will quote you high then regardless of the amount of time and materials, you will be paying at least that amount if not more if the time runs over.

Highly knowledgeable and willing to do what they can do to keep costs down and help you understand what the problem is. Communicated every step of the way with transparency on costs and work involved and what factors could affect cost. On top of all this, very friendly and easy to schedule an appointment with.

Plumber took far too long to accomplish required services - over 5 hours to repair 4 faucets, 3 of them to replace stopper lift rods & 1 outside faucet repacking. I was told he would charge me only 1/2 for travel time to get necessary parts not on his truck. 4 1/4 hours after starting, counting travel time, he completed the work. He then spent another 1/2 hour in his truck preparing the invoice and presented it to me with 5 3/4 hours time thereon. His actual time was 3.25 hrs of work, 1 hour of travel, and over 1/2 hour to prepare the invoice in his truck. i.e., he had miscomputed his time on the invoice. I had to call the office to get it reduced to actual. The time I paid for, 4.25 hours, included the 3.25 work + 1/2 hour of travel + 1/2 hr for invoice preparation. The nearly $1,000 bill presented to me became $705 at the end, but still included the invoice prep time.

The actual results of the work ended up being fine, but I'm still not happy about paying $140/hr - $70 - for invoice preparation; and still feel the total work should have been accomplished in less than 3 hours. Nor am I happy that, after spending over 1/2 hr preparing my invoice and charging me for same, the hours on said invoice were still overstated by an hour, and at that included ALL the travel time to boot (he had told me ahead of time that he would not charge me for 1/2 of the travel time).

I moved to the Edmond area about a year ago and have had a couple plumbers out to look at some things but none really would take time and go into depth about the issue or how to fix it. They would just fix it, bill me and be on their way. My relator recommended Arnold’s Plumbing and when I called them I could tell it would be different. Orlando was the technician that came to my property and replaced a leaking outdoor water faucet. We also spoke about several other things that I need to eventually get done but don’t have the money for right away. Orlando assessed the situation with swift, understanding solutions that made it easy for my wife and I to know what was going on. He went as far to teach me more about my new home then any other plumber has. I would highly recommend Arnold’s Plumbing for any plumbing needs as they aren’t just about getting in and out but making sure the customer has an understanding of what is being done that day and assuring the issue is resolved. Outstanding business!

Dale was recommended to me by a friend and it was so nice to know someone who has experienced his great service. I'm big on reviewing before I purchase and rarely do I review myself, but felt his quality of service was well worth the time! Dale was very personable, friendly, and explained to me in detail what he was repairing/replacing which I highly value. Before he could leave, I had a few other issues I asked him to come back and repair and he was very helpful in recommending parts I would need before his next visit. Zac and Justin came to our house today and made various repairs to increase our water pressure and make our demand hot water system work properly. They were awesome! Very polite, professional and capable. They did all this for far less than a competitor’s diagnosis and quote. I highly recommend them!

I had trouble with both my showers. In which they were clogged, I tried multiple ways to fix it, nothing worked. That is when I called Arnold’s plumbing and they came out the next day and fixed both the showers super fast. They were professional and very kind. I will definately use them again in the future.

These guys are great, scheduled on Friday for Monday @ 9am. They arrived a few minutes early and ready to work and very professional. they informed me on what would need to be done I gave the green light and in no time they were done. The 2 guys were persistent on keeping the area clean and picking up the mess. when it was all done they got me hooked up with a reasonable price. There unprofessional and can’t keep up with schedules and appointments. I called and made an appointment and they kept rescheduling and showing up earlier than planned. They also delayed the appointment we made by 2 weeks and canceled with late notice. Also they stated to reschedule I would have to wait 1 month.

Moises and Orlando were excellent! Our pipes were clogged due to cold weather which backed up everything from the toilets to the dish washer. They were informational and got the job done in less than 10 minutes. Good people! They will be our go-to from here on.

Arnold's Plumbing is great, I highly recommend them! I've had to use them a few times at my rent house, and they are great with coordinating with myself and the homeowner. They always call when they are on their way over, and are always prompt and on time. Dale replaced my water heater a few years ago and Zac was great and replaced an old faucet a few weeks ago and he was able to get over here quickly to repair a busted pipe after the crazy snow storm we just had. I called on a Monday and they were able to come out next day. Orlando and Devon arrived with all the tools and supplies needed to fix everything same day. Services needed were replumbing piping under kitchen sink, bathroom sink and also replacing some stop valves as well as replacing the fill valve on one toilet.They worked very efficiently and when they were done, cleaned everything up. They were very friendly and explained everything well including labor materials and approximate time to do the job. My only gripe is that I feel they downgraded my toilet fill valve to something cheaper than what was there before. I wish they would have given me options for a different fill valve. The one they replaced, filled quickly (filled in a matter of seconds) and the new one fills extremely slow. But regardless of the fill time, it does seem to be working properly.

Our house is about twenty years old and started needing a few repairs several years ago. Dale from Arnold's plumbing came to fix our shower and did an excellent job. His attention to detail made sure that the new parts matched well with the rest of the bathroom. Then a year or so later he fixed all of our toilets, again going above and beyond to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Last year, we needed some other faucets replaced. Dale himself did not come, but the workers he sent also did quality work. I highly recommend Arnold's plumbing if your main concern is high quality work and attention to detail.

We have used Arnold's Plumbing for several years and they have NEVER disappointed us. We have used them to replace a hot water tank, toilet and set up a gas line so that we could purchase a gas dryer. Most recently our spare bathroom toilet was running and we had no luck trying to repair it ourselves. Dale had someone out the very next morning to fix it, and also to repair 2 shut-off valves. He and his crew are friendly and they do a great job; I highly recommend this company.

He was very helpful, respectful, informative of what/why he was doing what he was doing, and very prompt. Got the job done quickly, verified work as best as possible, and although no official warranty, he said that if the issue seemed like it wasn't resolved after he left to give him a call and we'll get it figured out.

I had Orlando and Moises come out to take a look at my sewer line. I've previously had 2 other companies come out to remedy the problem and to scope the lines. Both told me they couldn't help and that their camera couldn't go any further. Orlando and Moises were able to fully scope the line and show and explain the issues in layman's terms. They were professional and friendly! Would definitely use them again!

The first time I called was an after hour emergency, the tubing under the dishwasher split and my kitchen was spraying out hot water. Humidity was high! lol. No shut off! They had a man here in less than an hour, replaced the tubing, put in a shut off - I was good to go!

Because of the quality and satisfaction of their first visit, I scheduled them to come back and repair the leaky kitchen faucet. They went beyond just the faucet, they also replaced the shut off valve and an elbow joint that needed replacing. I was included in all decisions for work done and again, very VERY pleased with their work

These guys are life savers. Earlier this year my hot water tank blew out and flooded a room, the first three places I called told me it would either be the next week or to call someone else. One call to Arnold's and they had someone out in a few hours.

Zac and the crew were pleasant and professional during the conversion of our hot water tank to a tankless heater. They were also able to install a clean-out access point for the back yard sewer line, and bring the plumbing under our sink up to code for a reasonable, well-estimated, cost. Would be happy to use Arnold's plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

We came home to a flooded basement which also damaged our water heater. Once we got the water pumped out and realized the pilot light would not light, I began calling plumbers. As I explained what we were dealing with, Dale (the owner of Arnold's Plumbing) was the only person that knowledgeably told us that not only would our pilot light valve be damaged, but that it wouldn't be safe to repair and we would need a new hot water heater. We were anticipating this as our tank was 13 years old and we could see that there was visible rust where the rain water had damaged the tank. They carry A.O. Smith water heaters which are great quality and we were grateful to save the step of going elsewhere to buy a tank for them to install. They showed up by 9am the next day and began removing and draining the tank while the new tank was on it's way. The whole process took a few hours and we were impressed with their professionalism and workmanship. They even went above and beyond to raise the platform a bit higher off the ground. We live in a historic home and space was limited to do this. While they were here, they also helped me get some debris out of the disposal and tightened a loose faucet handle. We have an outdoor faucet that they gave a quote on fixing and we will likely have them back out soon to repair that. Overall, more than happy with our experience with Arnold's and would recommend them to anyone needing a reliable plumber - especially in a pinch!

We recently moved in to our house and started to notice a sewer-like smell between our two bathrooms, so we called Arnold Plumbing to investigate the smell and unclog a toilet. Moises and Robert arrived on time and talked us through everything they were seeing, what they were doing to fix it, and their reasoning behind their chosen methods as opposed to other methods of fixing similar problems. These guys are great at what they do, and, as a bonus, they're also really nice and funny!

Its about time I wrote a review about this business. What stands out the most to me with Arnold's Plumbing is the integrity. He has always been up front and honest about the direction a particular job might take... even if its not desirable. He has even referred me to other contractors when a specific expertise is called for... doing the job right rather than looking to make more money is very apparent in working with him. I believe he has probably saved me more money by his business practices he works by. I have used him for both of my rental homes as well as person home and his work has always been exceptional.

Dale is a great guy to do business with. He has always arrived when he said he would be there. Explains repair options in detail and rarely has any add-on costs to his original estimate. Will explain the possibility of any unforeseen issues that could mean additional cost if it were to occur. A buddy of mine just had the same repair (hot water heater) with another company and the installation of the same make and model as I, and it cost him twice as much as what Dale charged me.

I've called Dale several times for issues with our hot water heater which was a Home Depot special. Finally tired of its unreliability and just had Dale install a commercial grade hot water heater. In April of 2020, we called Arnold’s plumbing to come give us an estimate on installing a gas water heater, a tankless water heater, a bidet, faucet changes, and a water softener system to which the owner Dale Eads came out and bid on the job Approximately a month later, we called to have the over $6,000 worth of work started. Dale himself came out to do the job. The first item done was the bathroom faucet change, where he did NOT stay within his bid, but went up $200 AND then made us pay for the rental equipment because he found out in the middle of the change he did not have the proper tools (even though he did an on site bid with both new equipment and existing for inspection). As his overall pricing was reasonable, we decided to eat the cost and continue the renovations paying half the cost in advance. This was done in a curt manner with minimal explanation or discussion when asked specific questions. After the listed jobs were completed, we felt satisfied with the effort and paid the bill in its entirety. Fast forward three months, and we find that the brand new water softener system installed by Dale has been leaking nightly into the back closet of an unused bedroom causing massive damage to the closet, flooring, walls, furniture, and items stored in the closet. When we called Dale specifically, as that is the main number for Arnold’s Plumbing, he answered the phone “What do you want?! I am busy!” Startled by such a response, we asked him to return the call at his earliest convenience as we had an issue with the water softener that needed to be examined. No return call was ever made leaving us to have to call another plumber to come look at the urgent issue. Can I recommend Arnold’s Plumbing and Dale Eads himself? No not at all. He consistently belittled both myself and my significant other throughout the entire experience and most importantly doesn’t stand behind his work. I can’t imagine if my widowed grandmother had accidentally called him to do repair work. As one of the highlights for choosing Arnold’s Plumbing was that it was veteran owned and my SO is a 27 year vet himself, I am utterly disappointed in how Dale has chosen to represent himself and his company. I would HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere and to someone willing to stand behind his work, even if it costs a little more upfront. The expense of correcting the mistakes made could end up costing you tenfold. Hopefully our costly mistake can be one avoided by others.

We had a tub drain leak and a tight crawl space. Justin and Moises identified it right away, worked very efficiently and got it all done. It was refreshing to see young men work hard with a smile!

I've had Dale come over on two separate occasions for two separate issues over the space of about 24 months. Nice, well-kempt and clean, explains things, works quickly, no hidden fees or things like that. Rate is $100/hour, no additional fee for showing up, etc. Unlike some big companies, when you call his company number, he answers. No annoying switchboard operator playing middle man. He'll continue to get my business with future issues.

Two techs showed up, identified the issue on an exterior faucet, and fixed the issue. Also inspected all the plumbing in my crawlspace. Very please and happy with the work, results and the cost.
