We have had several other people come out and tell us, that we need to replace the whole unit and nothing else could be done. Well, Logan Gregory came out and was able to actually help us out, had no issues and pricing was not bad either. it was a simple fix! We need better mechanics like Logan out here!

Hot water heater was out and the pan was full of water. Usually would have attempted the repair myself just to avoid calling a plumber, but the water line pathway and location was a little more than I wanted to take on. I called Kaul-Hammond and they were out the next morning. The two guys that came were very polite and knowledgable and kept me informed as to what they needed to do and why. They replaced the tank quickly and efficiently and at a very good price. I hope I don't need a plumber anytime soon but I would not hesitate calling on them again.

Frustrated with making a simple maintenance appointment for our AC. I mentioned a couple of issues we were having, but I never requested a service call. I was only trying to schedule our regular AC maintenance, which I did. It was hard to communicate with the person who my husband and I spoke to. She was trying to sell us a more expensive service agreement, which we did not want. Finally, the AC maintenance was scheduled for June 15th. The next thing we knew, the service person showed up at our house today for a service call - $99.00. Again, I never asked for a service call. The maintenance person did a fine job, and went ahead and did our scheduled maintenance. I paid another $199.00 for that. So, my beef is that I never asked for a service call, but had to pay for one since the scheduler put us down for one and the service person showed up for a service call. I have been using your company for several years, and this is the only time I have been frustrated.

Update: June 15th was our scheduled maintenance appointment, even though the servicing had already been done and I was charged the $99.00 service fee. After several telephone calls with Terry's American, I was told that they listened to my original call. They stood by their service call fee. After 7 or 8 years with Terry's American, with no problems whatsoever, we will no longer be using this company. We do not do business with people who treat their customers this way. When I said I did not request a service call, I meant that I did not request a service call. Period. I do not do business with anyone who treats their customers this way.

I want to give a huge shout out to Ashley and Rodney. They made today such an easy process for me. I had no AC running through my house as of last night as of 7pm. I called them early this morning. Not only did Ashley help, but she took a look at my previous maintenance and helped me save money. Rodney called and within 20 mins was at my house. Once I told him my issue he identified it quickly and within 20 mins my AC was back up and running! Thank you both and Gordon's!! You have earned a customer for life!

Hunter were amazing! So professional and did very quality work. I had extra air duct vent filters and he replaced them for me, no charge, just so I didn’t have to later. Even asked me if I had anything else I needed him to do since he had his ladder already out. So respectful! We will use them every time! Thank you guys so much!
