Moved to Moore Oklahoma recently and my new houses water heater started leaking 4 weeks after moving in. I was looking for a 24 hour plumber when I called these guys. Robert was here this morning(Saturday) right when their dispatcher said he would. Unclogged my sewer and charged what they quoted me!

Came out Saturday and unclogged my sewer. Robert suggested we run a camera in our line to check why it was clogging. Glad we did! Our sewer line was crushed at around 50’. They were able to give us a quote right on the spot and had the line repaired within 3 hours. Thx!!!!!

Terrible experience. I asked the woman to hold for one minute while I called my homeowners insurance company to get the go ahead. She hung up after 30 seconds. I called Brandon’s plumbing instead! Great experience through them. If you have a real plumbing emergency avoid this company......

The lady that took my info was super nice ! The dispatch girl had 2 plumbers at my house within an hour of call in. Really felt relieved they were able to get to me so quickly! You have earned my business going forward!

Looking for a plumber, saw the great reviews so I gave them a call. The person who answered the call did not state her name. So. I asked her who am I speaking with, she replied we don't give out our names. I did not get the experience to work with this company, however; if you are afraid of letting your customers know your name.....definitely raised red flags...…

In response to the owner...THIS WAS NOT A TELEMARKETER. I WAS NOT RUDE...I asked simple question to find out who I was speaking to and your receptionist responded by we do not give out our names. I was NEVER asked my name whatsoever....Please don't sugar coat your wrong doing....hmmmm….seems others feel that the person who answers your phone is not so polite....

They don't do anything third party and do not seek to understand when you call. Immediately called Hometown and got friendly service

I moved into a new house and had drain problems within a week of living in it. my sewer clogged! I was kinda freaking out until Robert and Skylar arrived. They unclogged my sewer drains and they were on their way in a very short time!
