Hull Plumbing came out after hours and fixed our plumbing emergency quickly and professionally. They were here within an hour of our call for help, what an amazing turn around time! The house is old and had been remodeled strangely with the added bathroom so they had to really trouble shoot to figure out how to get to the blockage. We are so happy that they were able to fix everything without having to tear things apart. I would recommend them to anyone.

Danny Harper arrived to change out my kitchen faucet. He was very prompt, knowledgeable and a very nice young man. He was very thorough in his job and cleaned up afterward. Danny is a valuable asset to your company. If I have problems in the future, I will call Champion and will also recommend your company to my friends.

MR Rooter is the plumber I used! Excellent service! I had the pleasure finding them online and want to share my experience.
I had some sink problems back in the days and the waste disposal. Until a week ago when the kitchen got flooded due a broken pipe. Nasty thing to happen! Thankfully we were at home and there was no serious damage. I arranged for the plumber to come and fix the pipe. He was very accurate and prompt, didn't waste any time, 45 mins later it was all done !

Absolutely the best plumber I have ever dealt with! Came in late, worked past midnight, promised to get the line clear no matter what and he did it. Also, they are great people with friendly dispositions (unlike some other plumbers I've met). He came back and did a follow up for free. And his diagnosis was spot on. If you have a stuck drain call these guys before you call anyone else.

Comfort advisor Cooper and Justin arrived on time to service my heating and AC units. Not only did they deliver excellent customer service but they were accommodating to my kids and dogs. JR was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the reason for the sewer smell and answered all my questions and solution will be handled by property management.

I had previously rated this company fairly high because they are responsive, but unfortunately they have gone down hill since I last used them. I notified the reception that I was calling for a tennant of ours and that we wanted to have a quote for the repair. I was told that they would come to review for free and that they would provide a quoteand I would have 30 days to make a decision to use the repair. That no repair would be made without my approval - and that they would need to contact me for said authorization.

Instead, the owner came, worked on the project without asking anyone for authorization and then demanded the tennant to pay them or they would not leave the property. This is borderline scam. They did business without approval. Fortunately the tennant was able to get a hold of me so I could make the payment - but this was a hard situtaion to put someone in.

I then filed a complaint with the company, and was told via message from the owner that 'they judged me before I even got there.' Which is an odd statement to make since there is no way they would have met him before he got there and just shows the unprofessional level to blame someone else when they did repairs that were not approved. I have not had any follow up from the owner to address my complaint and I feel that they are likely satisified with continuing their scam of 'free' esitmate.

Avoid them at all cost.

Answered the phone with What? What do you want? and when I described the problem I got a What do you want me to do? They must not want business at all.
