Shane, his brother Shawn and their team were absolutely amazing in the work they did in replacing some pipe that was found to have 4 bends causing backup of our septic/plumbing system. Could not be happier with their attention to detail, customer service and professionalism! Even sent me pics and videos of before and after the job, in addition to spending time in explaining everything found and done on the job. These guys are hands down #1 in my book. Charged $500 to pump the water out of our septic in 20 minutes when we told them we need the latteral lines cleaned. They said that was just a band aid and I guess just sucking the water out and saying the lateral lines may be clogged and leaving is not a band aid? Find a company that will repair the problem not charge $500 to pump the water amd tell you that you have a problem that you already knew about.

Our septic system was backed up and we couldn’t flush toilet, take showers, do laundry etc. We called another company we used 2 years ago, who was supposed to have cleaned out our septic (it was hard to believe it was already full again). We were told by that company it would be a week before they could come out. I asked them if they knew of anyone else (another company) who could help us and she said she didn’t think anyone would be able to help us. We called Irwin’s due to their great reviews and they were here within a few hours. They said it looked like our septic had not been cleaned in 10-15 years. Irwin’s Septic 5 star reviews are well deserved! We use them for residential and came highly recommended. This evening we had an emergency situation where our lines were clogged at our wedding venue. We called them 3 hours before the ceremony and I felt at ease as soon as I spoke with him. They handled this situation very professionally and extremely fast! 39 minutes before the wedding! They saved the day!

I didn’t realize septics needed to be cleaned every 3-5 years. Didn’t have any issues with our plumbing, but once I learned this I saw they had great reviews! They came out the same day I called! Explained everything! Did a great job! We will call them next time and refer them to others!

My septic system alarm started going off and not knowing what it meant, my wife panicked and next thing you know, I'm not allowed to even flush the crapper! I asked FB for recommendations and Irwin's name came up. I called and they came out that afternoon and fixed the problem right away. It was a sensor that had come loose and was floating around in the tank. Anyway, they looked at the whole thing, told me the rest looked good and only charged me the service call fee which was $100 bucks. I was prepared to pay MUCH more if needed. You don't know what relief is until you're told that you can flush your toilet safely again!

These guys were honest, prompt, friendly, and even offered me the military discount because they realized I was a veteran (for which I thanked them and politely declined, I was that happy).

The next time the septic system decided to take a ****, believe me I now have Irwin on speed dial!

I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks out and they forgot about me on the day of (supposed to be 7am & I waited until 9am to call). When I called they didn't know what happened and said they'd send someone out that day. They got there early afternoon (around 2pm) and the guys were very friendly. They had to find our tank before they could get started which took about 30 minutes (it was in a weird spot and the previous owner NEVER touched it). They started their job & then about 45 minutes later got a call from their office asking what was taking so long & informing them to wrap it up, which is fine - except for when it came time to pay. I found out the girl I asked pricing about when I scheduled the appointment wasnt telling me everything (By accident I presume. Things do happen). She said $325 and that's it but there were extra fees and if they take longer than the estimated time frame that's additional money. I was told 325 for a job that would cost more like 700 to be done properly start to finish. The guys stopped working & only charged the 325 because we weren't informed entirely. They even took photos and taught us a little about our system and what we need to do need to break up & get rid of the last couple feet of sludge. I will likely use them in the future now that all the costs are out in the open and we were treated fairly overall.

Like most oklahomans, the last couple of weeks have been a disaster with power outages, which results in no water for many of us on well water and freezing pipes. We were out of water for a better part of a week. As soon as we got our water back, none of our toilets would flush down. I got a hold of Irwin Septic. They said they could hopefully get to our home within a day or two. (We weren't the only ones having big problems). They kept their word. Most importantly they kept in contact with us letting us know the status as too when they knew they would be able to help us. We didn't have to keep calling them. THIS IS KEY!!!
When they arrived, they quickly found the problem. The flow from our toilets to the septic tank was frozen. They broke through that and we were in business. Since they were in the tank we had them clean it out.
They were very professional from beginning to end. They cleaned up like you never knew they were there. I never asked what they would charge as at the time I didn't care. I just needed help. We were pleasantly surprised with the bill. Very reasonable. We highly recommend this company and will use them again in a heartbeat if necessary.

I have two rental homes. Scheduled these guys to come out and pump my septic on both. They could not locate either tank. One was actually difficult to locate, I understand that one. The other was right in the backyard, but they could not find it. $200 trip charge. When it was found by another contractor, I was hoping to use Irwin's and get a break since I had to pay the $200 truck charge. I could not get Shane to call me back to schedule the pumping or visit with me about the tanks. I decided to cut my losses and go with Jim's Septic out of Shawnee. He came out, found both tanks on his own and pumped them. I cannot stress enough what a waste of time and money Irwin's was. I would not by any means recommend this business.

This is the first time we've used this company. I needed somebody to look over my septic system (3 years old.) I called Irwin's Septic Tank cleaning company last Friday and they showed up on time the following Monday (today.) I explained what I needed work on and to do a once over review on the system. I then had to go to a doctor appointment and left Shane and crew there alone. They did exactly what I wanted done with some minor adjustments on the septic system. They cleaned up and threw out some trash and locked the gate behind them. They left a very detailed, but clearly written, note as to what they accomplished. Gave me a recommended tank pump out date in the near future; and included the cost, also very reasonable. The cost for the work completed was very reasonable and fair. Only a reputable and honest company would have completed the job in the manner they did. Irwin's Septic company will always be my go to company in the future. A local home owner can't go wrong with this local company. A MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED COMPANY.

I am glad I had a better experience than I could have, I didn't want to search for a great company, I am very glad I just found one that worked out.

We got home yesterday to realize our septic alarm was going off...ugh... I looked back at previous post and saw most people recommended Irwin Septic. Called this morning at 7:30 to see what their hours were and Shane answered to my surprise. He said they open at 6:30 am. (First Wow). He talked out the problem and put me at ease with the symptoms. Set an appointment for around lunch today. As scheduled his brother (Shawn and helper Cory) called at 12:30 ( second Wow) and he was headed my way. Met them at the house and was pleased to find out the alarm had shorted due to a old seal and faulty design. We moved here 2 years ago and the only instructions we were given was we pour 3 gallons of bleach in the white tube a month. He explained how it works, fixed the faulty design of the alarm for a $5 part, showed me where the filter is that should be cleaned every few months ( 2 years later), what to look for, what can cause the alarm to go off, how to reset the timer when the power goes out, replaced the missing screws from the tank lids (for free, so no accidents would happen) and even fixed a sprinkler to spray farther (many Wows later). I highly recommend Irwin Septic to anyone for help or just a lesson. $85 an hour and well worth it. I feel at ease knowing the septic is working well.

They answered after work hours and gave great information they scheduled me very quickly and showed up really early. They were super professional and told us all the details we needed. I will always use them.

They are super nice guys with good manners. They are busy but fit me right in. Two guys form the company come in as scheduled time and leave with fill back up clean site. I have two 1000 g tanks pumped and I got discount. I called the owner and paid by credit card. I had receipt after service. They are very professional. I will recommend them to my friends and neighbor because they will be happy with them too. It is hard to find good service with reasonable fees these days.

Irwin's came out the same day I called them and provided excellent service in pumping out my septic tank. They also found that I had roots growing through a portion of my septic line from the house and advised me to have that taken care of (they apparently don't do power snake work). The young men who did the septic pumping were extremely friendly, cordial, and very polite. They thoroughly walked my property before driving their truck into my yard to make sure they wouldn't damage anything. Excellent job overall!

Irwin arrived on time (4/4/19) ,they did not try to sell me a new system, and they repaired the crushed septic line pipe the way I wanted. The first time I used them I was super impressed with the kindness and knowledge. I have been trying to get ahold of them for over a month to get somebody to come look at my septic system so I can get a new system installed and I’ve left multiple messages and have yet to get a single call back. I understand they could be busy but in my opinion you should at least call back or something. Had to go with someone else.

I needed to get my septic tank pumped since it hadn't been done in over 12 years. I called up a different company, and they said they couldn't show up for nearly a week. Irwins said they would be over the next day. These guys showed up with two trucks just in case one got full. They were very knowledgeable and gave me ideas to make sure it stayed in working order. The price was very reasonable and even asked if I served in the military. They took 10 percent off the price! I highly recommend this company for septic tank service.

After trying to reach various businesses, Irwin's came out to Choctaw very quickly to help my 82 year old mother on a Sunday with her septic and plumbing issues. They worked for several hours, did all they could do to resolve the problems on a weekend, then came back first thing the next morning to complete the job. They were polite and very efficient. They had to dig a major hole to fix her issues and restored the ground in a very neat and efficient manner. While visiting with them after the job was complete, my mother discovered that the worker that had come out on Sunday to clean out her septic tank had just lost his mother the day before and also came back to complete the job early Monday morning. If you are looking for honest, polite, hard-working, knowledgeable repairman, who are trying to build their clientele and who will give you a very fair price, we highly recommend Irwin's. Saved a very important day for us!!!! It was graduation day for my son, we had family in from out of state and were throwing a big party that night for his graduation. That's when Murphy's Law kicked in for us and our septic tank backed up because we had neglected it and had never had it pumped. Being Memorial Day weekend we didn't think we would get anyone to come out to help us... we were wrong! I called Irwin before my son's graduation ceremony, got voice mail, but after the graduation ceremony I had a voicemail from him saying although he was booked for the day he would try and squeeze us in... and he did. Shane came to our rescue when our Septic system overflowed. Our lateral lines had collapsed. We did not know they had collapsed and had paid another company twice in just a few weeks to pump out our system. Shane did a wonderful job getting new lines put in and cleaning up and leveling up the yard where they had to dig. He called back to check us and make sure things were working like they should be. The owner called me and scheduled me for the next day. I didn't know if I had a septic system. He looked up information to determine that I did have one. He called before he arrived on time. Total price was $275 for a 1000 gallon tank that was completely full. Good thing I called them when I did.

I am a business and I am on a large septic system that can be difficult to manage. The previous property owner didn't treat the system and it appeared to be permanently damaged. During rainy periods, the smell would back up into the property. Irwin Septic visits me regularly, treats the system, and, not only provides me with great service, but also has educated (this city slicker) on properly managing a septic. He has chemicals readily available and is fast and reliable. Definitely recommend!

The guys came out and pumped my septic, they gave some helpful tips on maintenance and referred a third party for soil samples. They were professional and courteous and I will use them again.

I just had 2 of the nicest guys out to pump our septic tank. They went well above and beyond. Due to the way the access point was put in they both had to go head first in a hole. Either one complained or said they couldn't do it. They just got to work on a plan and literally dove head first in the hole to get it done. I know Cole, the smaller of the two, wound up completely in the hole to retrieve a flashlight. ABSOLUTELY THE BEAT SERVICE !
