I can't say enough good things about this service. Robert and Brent were prompt, courteous, and did outstanding work installing my water softener. They started late, but did not charge me extra for the late hours and they were committed to finishing the project on the first visit so I would not be without water while waiting for the installation to be finished. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and will do in the future.

Chad and Larry Kershener were great! They responded quickly to address my hot water heater repair needs here in Edmond, advised me on options and prices, and showed me how to maintain the new system to prevent future issues. Very happy with the service and would recommend to other homeowners.

I have been using Hulls for years and have had nothing but the best experiences with the techs. Hulls will show up when they say they will. I have had so many vendors lately just not even show up for a bid. That’s nuts!!!! I give Hulls a 15 star rating!!!

Well I had a horrible day when I came home to water all over my living room floor. Turns out I had a slab leak and I was really terrified on the process of my floors getting messed up but dads plumbing did a great job on finding other solutions I’m so pleased! I had previously rated this company fairly high because they are responsive, but unfortunately they have gone down hill since I last used them. I notified the reception that I was calling for a tennant of ours and that we wanted to have a quote for the repair. I was told that they would come to review for free and that they would provide a quoteand I would have 30 days to make a decision to use the repair. That no repair would be made without my approval - and that they would need to contact me for said authorization.

Instead, the owner came, worked on the project without asking anyone for authorization and then demanded the tennant to pay them or they would not leave the property. This is borderline scam. They did business without approval. Fortunately the tennant was able to get a hold of me so I could make the payment - but this was a hard situtaion to put someone in.

I then filed a complaint with the company, and was told via message from the owner that 'they judged me before I even got there.' Which is an odd statement to make since there is no way they would have met him before he got there and just shows the unprofessional level to blame someone else when they did repairs that were not approved. I have not had any follow up from the owner to address my complaint and I feel that they are likely satisified with continuing their scam of 'free' esitmate.

Avoid them at all cost.

Taking advantage of winter storm $500 to 1000 to fix one busted pipe

Was in panic mode as my sewer was suddenly backing up and overflowing! Contacted several plumbing companies that were not available that day or wanted to charge an extremely high rate to meet their advertised “24 hour service.” My daughter recommended Mr. Rooter OKC based on a previous experience. Contacted them and they guaranteed someone would be out that day. They quoted me a price over the phone that was very reasonable. Graham showed up and immediately went to work. He was professional, efficient, thorough and nice. Within a short amount of time he had eliminated the problem. I will use them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Converted to a tankless water heater system. The folks at Red Plains Plumbing were honest, professional, and priced right! Thanks for a job well done!

We had to extend a natural gas line to connect a clothes dryer. Brandon's had the most inexpensive estimate. Daniel from Brandon's Plumbing did an outstanding job. They came out the very next morning, once I turned them on to do the job. He went the extra mile, just to make sure we were happy with it and completely set. We were charged the amount of our estimate, and not a penny more! No surprises. Courteous, helpful, and afterwards, showed me the work they did. All was well done. They were OK with me doing some preparations (not actual plumbing of course) and getting needed parts on hand, in advance of their visit. Will use them again!
