The technician name Junior came out and did leak detection and checked for water leaks and was very professional and informative. Overall very helpful!

I highly recommend these plumbers. Terrific customer service, quick work, and reasonable cost. I called with an emergency on a Saturday night, and they got to my apt in 10 minutes. The owner and his adult son, also a plumber, resolved my issue in five minutes. They were very respectful, professional, and clean. I appreciate that he explained the problem and described what he had to do to fix it. Very reasonably priced.

I can't say enough great things about this company. They are professional and timely. The work was top-notch, and they explained everything to me so there were no surprises. After having issues with my bathroom and kitchen plumbing for a few days, I contacted Plumber Oklahoma City, OK Plumbing & Repair this morning. He told me he was very busy, but would work to schedule our repair in with his team. I was so excited (and relieved!) to hear that they were able to come out after hours today! It is 9:30pm and his team is wrapping up their project. The fact that he was willing to spend 30 minutes with me on the phone addressing my issues (and educating me on the process!) and made time to come out the same day says a lot about his commitment to his customers. I absolutely will recommend this crew to anyone in search of a plumber. Outstanding customer service, friendly people and great job on the repair!

I have been using Hulls for years and have had nothing but the best experiences with the techs. Hulls will show up when they say they will. I have had so many vendors lately just not even show up for a bid. That’s nuts!!!! I give Hulls a 15 star rating!!!

My family has used Rucker Mechanical for years. Hot water tanks, HVAC systems, clogged lines, laundry hookups, electrical repair, virtually every service they offer, we have used, and ALWAYS with great results! The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The even helped out when our house was struck by lightning- fast, courteous, and very very helpful!!

Incorrectly diagnosed the roof leak problem. Now 3 months later won’t come out to rectify. Offered a refund but now won’t reply to me. Is costing 5x amount already paid to fix the initial issue. Building dispute resolution case lodged as no one will reply to me now.

They were very fast and responsive, offered a great price for our sewer repair. Joe is helpful and friendly.

They fixed the issue, but when I followed up due to a new concern that my foundation guys had. The tech was very stern in telling me that they were not plumbers and Didn’t know what they were talking about, which is absolutely true, but not the level of customer service I would wish on anyone who spent around 150 to have someone come out and service their plumbing. I would’ve been more satisfied if the tech would have more clearly tried to explain why he didn’t think it was an issue and possibly made a quick Follow-up service call at some point within the week to make sure new problems hadn’t popped up.

I am happy to report that I had another plumbing company come out and they were able to help me understand why the foundation repair people might have thought there was another issue and thoroughly checked to make sure there were no other potential issues. Unfortunately, I wish I would’ve had that company handle the situation first.

Ron and his crew did a great job running the water lines for the shower addition to our master bath. They were very professional and did a great job.

They were very knowledgeable and timely, it started with a simple issue of no hot water to which we discovered a foundation leak, after discovering the leak we discussed fixing some other issues with the toilet and shower which they took care of for me in addition to installing a faucet we had purchased years ago with the intent to install ourselves but never got to.

Plumbers were prompt, friendly and fast! Got my sink unclogged in a few minutes, were very transparent with pricing and even helped me loosen a pesky basin nut on my kitchen sink while they were here - will definitely use again!

Amazingly professional courteous and efficient! They came; they saw; they conquered! Would use again if needed for sure!
