I have had Rucker out multiple times to my home. The office staff is helpful and the techs are professional and always on time and courteous! They are honest and fair and I feel like they really take the time to figure out what’s going on before trying to sell me things I don’t need. Would definitely recommend!

Sasquatch plumbing gave me multiple options for repair. I had a burst pipe under my living room floor leaking hot water. Instead of tearing up the floor they ran a Pex pipe through my old pipes. They had it fixed quickly and saved me a ton of money. I will definitely be a return customer.

Lakeshore plumbing has been amazing!! bought a house a few years ago with some major plumbing issues and they have done everything from small to major to get it up and running back to normal. Mike and his staff are very friendly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Mikey #320 came to the rescue and saved my day! He quickly unclogged my kitchen drains by snaking the drains and within no time I was back up and running again! Even though he had to come out after hours, he was pleasant, professional, prompt. I would definitely recommend you guys and if I had to use you again, I'd ask for Mikey!

The tech Aaron who came to our Bethany home was very good. We were tight on time and he quote us a reasonable amount of time for a complete motor replacement and finished early! Thanks for the great work.

Excellent service and care for my elderly mother. I had to call late on a Friday evening. (I knew we could wait until Monday for service.) Monday AM they were there first thing. They called me to verify what needed to be done and quoted prices even before talking to my mother to make sure all of us were on board. (Another company quoted a higher price and kept rescheduling the week prior so they knew we were a little stressed over it.) Handled everything with professionalism and care. I have used them in the past but my mother was trying to do things on her own so she called someone else first. I will now continue to use them for all our needs. Specific shout out for being very sensitive to care for elderly people and not taking advantage of them. I’m finding that a very rare quality in companies as my mother tries to navigate things after my dads passing!

Johnny was professional in making and keeping his appointment. He called before coming and when he arrived promptly went to work with his assistant Trevor. Johnny instantly fixed the issue with the toilet and patiently explained the cause of the problem. He was also willing to look at and repair the problem in my ice maker that I had not explained when making my appointment. Joe came to fix our garbage disposal. It leaked two times after he fixed it, and he said he was busy with other things, tired, overworked, etc... He overcharged us, and when we asked him about it, he said (he was tired and this just happened and he will write us back a check with the difference). Joe stopped answering our phone calls, and blocked our phone numbers. He owe us at least $250.00. He ran away with it, claiming he is always in church. Not sure people who go to church do this. Never ever again. Zero stars. Don't waste your time. If he has the guts to say otherwise, he can at least answer our phone calls.

Would highly recommend. Was here within the hour and did a great job.
