Candice was very helpful. I sent her the model number of our hot water heater, and they ordered the parts the same day. The technicians were on time, and were very friendly. I definitely will use this company again!!!…Plus it’s Veteran owned!!!… and as a Veteran myself I would rather support Veteran owned businesses.

Have use their services a few times, this last time, how to get waterlines replaced and ended up having a remodel bathroom due to bad flooring in my hundred year old house. Candace and Jason were great to work with both friendly and professional. Had to coordinate with construction crew which held things up but Jason was always on top of everything when it was time to do his part. Cost was fair and definitely recommend!

Jason immediately diagnosed the possible problems and got to work finding and cleaning the clog after another company had and charged us for 2 hours without a clue. Very impressed!

OKC Drainworks came out today to fix my leaking toilet. They were on time, friendly and professional. I've used them one other time before this and he came out late that time to fix a back up in my shower. Great service, highly recommend!

I had my kitchen drains backing up and spilling out of my washer drains, and my laundry room and garage was flooded. Jason came out and fixed it In about twenty minutes. He’s friendly, extremely competent, and not only is He a really nice guy but his pricing is WAYYY better than most of the competition.. He is part of the 0.1% of people in the world who genuinely want to make other peoples’ lives better. The union should have a tank of Grand Master initiated for Jason and the rest of the 0.1% of plumbers. I have some more work needs done around my house and I’ll never call anyone other than OKC Drainworks!! I’d highly recommend him and his team to anyone needing a plumber..

Earnie did a great job clearing my clogged drain line. OKC Drainworks provided same day service. The company owner, Jason, provided additional assistance and expertise. He made sure I fully understood the problem, corrective measures performed, and made recommendations to prevent future clogs. The price charged was reasonable…I appreciate the Veteran’s discount.

We will never call anyone else! OKC Drainworks came out same-day for our sewer drain backup. What a great crew! They fixed the issue, gave us advice for preventative maintenance, and were very transparent with pricing (which was less than half the price of another company we called!). Highly recommend.

Our water heater broke down recently, and we made a claim through our home owner warranty company. OKC Drainworks was assigned to our case, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Jason and his team diagnosed our issue which was more than just a worn out water heater. When our house was remodeled, the remodelers cut corners. OKC Drainworks not only installed the new tank, but they brought all of the issues up to code. We are so thankful to have hot water again, and so thankful for Jason and his staff.

Having been with a home warranty company for quite some time I've become accustomed to service providers with shady online ratings and reputations so u can imagine my surprise when a cheerful young lady named Candace called to inform me that she was dispatching one of her plumbers to my home the very next day !! I immediately checked the online for OKC Drainworks and was elated to see not only a Google 5 star rating but a AAA Better Business Bureau rating as well. The next day Jason was prompt when he arrived he was very courteous and professional quickly diagnosing the problem and making the necessary repairs without delay. I had a different plumber come out and say I have two busted pipes they found on camera footage and quoted me close to 10k to fix everything. I wanted a second opinion and was referred to OKC Drainworks from another friend. He had a great experience with them and he was a veteran which is always a plus for me. Jason came out and re-examined the pipe with his camera, found no busted or broken pipes that were supposedly there. He recommended short-term prevention and care as well as a long-term plan for my residence. Overall saving me time, a ton of money, and some sanity. I'm thankful and look forward to future business. I've always called Hull Plumbing for about 4-5 yrs but after they told me that the only way to clear out a clogged sewer pipe was to go up on the roof and charge $700, I figured I try to find someone else. I'm so glad I found OKC Drainworks. Very professional, affordable, and he didn't have to go up on the roof to clear the clog.

Jason is very professional and definitely knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend. While “rooter” clean out is his specialty, he’s also an affordable and reliable handy-man. I just had him clean our gutters after the ice storm. He also wore a mask and took COVID -19 protocols.
Based on my experience, Jason is honest and trustworthy and he will do you a good job at an affordable price.

The owner Jason came out the same day we called and was very friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing and told us how to keep and maintain our system. He also made sure that we were happy with the service before he left and made sure we didn't have any questions.

I got referred to OKC Drainworks by my plumber who couldn't get to me for another week. I called at noon and the owner was able to come snake my toilet by 4:30 pm. Now that is speedy service! He did a great job and was very personable. Highly recommend!

OKC Drainworks start to finish beat the competition. From the initial call, quick response, realistic quote, and booking of timeline. Hands down one of the better experiences I have had when making a service call. Installed 80+ feet of French Drain within a week. Jason was professional, approachable, yet explained everything answering all questions throughout the process. If I had to describe in one word: Quality. Look no further if you need services.

I had plumbing issues for weeks that noone could come out to look at or fix. I was referred to this company through my home warranty. They called me right away, and were able to schedule an appointment the same day. He came out earlier than expected, explained what was wrong and how to fix it, didn't sugar coat the issues. He told me what to expect. He referred me to a company he trusts. I would definately recommend them.

I want to take time and mention how this family owned business is looking out for your best interest, I had issues over the weekend and my dishwasher drain needed a whole new system, they walked me through getting a better model without the sales type of wanting to up sell, very informative of the different types of systems and how it works better for you in the long run, you can tell this is not their first time around! My initial appointment was set for a Wednesday and they were proactive and called and stated they could be there on a Monday since the work load had lightened up, during the install and set up, walked me through different options and again looking out for the best interest of the customer and longevity of your system working effectively! And did I mention a follow up call in a week to check to make sure all systems are workings! Talk about Professionalism I would recommend theyre service any day!

We had an emergency drainage issue. Our Home Warranty sent us to OKC Drainage and we couldn’t have been more happy. They explained to us in detail on what was going on and what all we need to do to get the drainage issues repaired. We will definitely be requesting them if we have any other issues. I got referred to Drain works by another plumber who said that he couldn't get to me until next week. I called Drain works at 4:30 on Friday. He was as my house about an hour later and by about 6:00 pm everything was running smoothly. Great service.

Extremely unprofessional ! Would never recommend this company . They were suppose to call 30 min before arriving . Called when they showed up . I asked that they move their vehicle so I could leave my garage and had a friend here to wait with them . They called right back while pulling out of my driveway to say they aren’t “vibing with me”” and call someone else ? I took off work to wait on them , had a friend take off to meet me here so I could go to work and then I’m told you aren’t “vibing “ with me ? WTH does tht even mean ? Ridiculous!!
