I can't say enough good things about this service. Robert and Brent were prompt, courteous, and did outstanding work installing my water softener. They started late, but did not charge me extra for the late hours and they were committed to finishing the project on the first visit so I would not be without water while waiting for the installation to be finished. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and will do in the future.

Mike and his team were very professional and experienced. They have helped me with several plumbing issues over several years and I wouldn't use anyone else. Having a historic house means a few problems from time to time and they have always done a great job. They have cleaned a clog in the house, installed a new hot water heater, and fixed the sewer line to the main line. They saved me a fortune on a sewer line repair I had been told was a much larger problem by another well known company. Mike and his team were able to find the accurate problem and fix it without breaking the bank. I'm very thankful I found this company!

Spent $400 and didn't get my pipe cleared. The technician was nice and suggested I wait until Monday so I wasn't getting charged weekend rates but it was still frustrating. Herman's came out Tuesday and cleared the line in less than an hour by going through the roof vent and only charged me $162. I won't be using roto rooter again.

Called about a leaky faucet and stand up urinal at our Financial Firm. The appointment was set for the next day and 2 techs showed up on time. Brian and Jeremy were finished with the 2 jobs in 12 minutes. Very professional, very knowledgeable. Called Don at the Yukon office Friday about an outside faucet drip. He told me if I'd hook up the garden hose with a nozzle on it, that would slow or stop the drip over the weekend to avoid an overtime charge. He then scheduled us for first thing Monday AM. Came out on time, called to explain the necessary parts for replacement. Did the job quickly and neatly including a drywall cut inside the house make the connection and make sure nothing leaked. Put dry wall back in place and mortared around new faucet. Did an immaculate job very quickly and for a very reasonable
price. Would not hesitate to call them again for any of my plumbing needs.

I called to get them to bring business cards so we could refer our clients to them and the guy who answered the phone felt the need to tell me they just renewed their insurance and hung up on me. Not a professional business. At. All.

They never showed up They called 7 days after I called them had to get somebody else out to do the job

Their website says “Free Estimates” and when I called to inquire the receptionist said that it wouldn’t be worth their time or gas money to send someone out to diagnose what’s going with our plumbing. She tried to tell me what kind of work would have to be done and how much that would cost, but she’s not the licensed plumber...? Very rude and unprofessional- my business will be taken elsewhere.
