We've used many plumbers for various projects, and we now always return to Edco for our plumbing needs. Edco had previously moved a sink during our master bath remodel, and they did wonderful work on that project. Recently we had issues with all 3 toilets: one needed replacing, one reset, and the last was dripping from the tank. They scheduled at a time convenient for us, and called ahead to notify that Matthew was on his way. Matt worked quickly and efficiently, was very professional, and overall was pleasant to deal with. He identified the issues and took the time to fix them correctly. He thoroughly cleaned the grout/tile area causing one of the leaks, and didn't leave a mess anywhere to clean up afterward as most contractors would. Unfortunately two days later, we noted the leaking tank was dripping again, though through no fault of Matt's as it was a different part causing a problem this time. It wasn't an urgent issue as we'd just shut the water off to it, yet Lance was immediately responsive when we called and Matt arrived within 2 hours to our house. They both apologized, which wasn't necessary, and the issue was resolved quickly. I give Edco 5 stars for professionalism, competence, and courtesy, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

My family has used Rucker Mechanical for years. Hot water tanks, HVAC systems, clogged lines, laundry hookups, electrical repair, virtually every service they offer, we have used, and ALWAYS with great results! The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The even helped out when our house was struck by lightning- fast, courteous, and very very helpful!!

Lakeshore has helped us a few times and we have been very happy with the results. They are fantastic at explaining our problems in terms we can understand so we can make intelligent decisions on how we want to proceed.

The technician arrived on time diagnosed the issue (Gas Valve) contacted my hot water tank vendor, found the unit to be covered under warrantee. Vendor shipped the valve overnight. Second technician came on site after the part was delivered and did an excellent job describing the process, completed the project within 30-45 minutes. They practiced great (PPP) Personal Protection Processes and I was more than satisfied with their service. I will use them again!!!!

Terry's American installed two new Trane air conditioners at my house. Did wonderful work. Electric bills are lower. It was a pleasure doing business with Terry's. Highly recommend.

Xzavion came and was super helpful with ways to make sure the vent filter fits. Came in and got right to work. He was quick and efficient.

When I talked to gentleman about a new pipe install, he told me if would be 150 dollar fee for a quote that would take 5-10 mins. If we used them it would come off the bill and if we didn’t then they would keep the money. I told him nicely that I would be passing but thanks for the time. He started laughing loudly into the phone as I hung up. I’ve always supported small businesses but his response was very unprofessional.

Herman's came out and repaired a leaking coupler on my well casing. Everything was fine for a few days and then I noticed another leak develope, no biggie. I called Herman's back and they had someone out the very next day. Layton was awesome, very respectful and professional. He went above and beyond getting the issue resolved. His assistant (I didn't catch his name) was also very helpful and courteous. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Excellent service. I'm a customer for life.

Since it's been over two weeks and I haven't heard anything back from Triple Play after reporting my issue with them, I am thinking they don't care.

I had the Home Advantage package, which I thought was really good value. 2 visits a year to check up on your AC and your heating.

When the technicians came out, they spent a very long time checking my outside condenser, my duct work and the interior blower.

After about 2.5 hours, they informed me that my condenser needed to be replaced. It was a refurb unit, and it had been giving me issues over the last couple of years, shutting down and requiring a restart when it got really hot out. They were explaining to me that it seemed to be an issue with the closed coolant system that had some shoddy welding on it, and this had allowed contaminants inside the system. As a result, a repair would be unfeasible and that I just needed to replace it. So I wasn't totally shocked. The price they quoted for me, seemed fair - about 5-6k, as well as some replacements for capacitors etc. and I told them I was going to think over my options. I almost always get a 2nd opinion, and in this case, I'm glad I did.

Another company's technician came out to inspect the system. He was much faster, only about an hour and told me the issue I had wasn't anything to do with the coolant, the fan was connected the wrong way so it was pulling outside air into the system not pushing it out. He wasn't sure how this had happened, but the capacitor for the fan had been installed (or fixed) with the wires connected the wrong way around at some point by someone who had serviced the system prior - to be clear, I do not believe this was done by Triple Play - just not spotted.

The fix cost me $147 vs the $6k Triple Play had quoted me and I asked the technician what the deal was with Triple Play missing something so obvious. He let me know that many of the experienced HVAC technicians in Oklahoma had joined Triple Play because they paid commission. I don't know if that's true or not, but it would make sense.

When I reported this to the office manager I was working with at Triple Play, she said that wasn't the kind of values they represented and that she would escalate it to her supervisor. Still haven't heard back.

They have very friendly staff, but I can't forgive them for 1) Missing such an obvious problem and 2) Not taking ownership when they were called out on it.

My advice is to absolutely get a second opinion if you are quoted for work by this company.

I will not be using them again.
