Our AC upstairs stopped working last night. We have family from France arriving for a visit this week, and I was desperate to get it working. Our wonderful realtor, Matt Berry, recommended Terry's American. One phone call and we were on the schedule same day. The problem was quickly identified and the new part installed. Jay went above and beyond, catching a failing part in the downstairs unit, as well. We will definitely be calling this company again.

Several of the team members came to help with a repair of a fallen electrical pole which ripped the meter and cables off my house! They had a full crew with all the necessary equipment to my house in just a couple hours and stayed until I had power again. The neighborhood was a mess and they were able to get the job knocked out like it was nothing. Super friendly team and they communicated with me every step of the way. Horrible customer service. On the day my A/C went out, I called at 10am. They said tech would be there between 1 and 3 and they’ll call when he’s in route. After hearing nothing, I call them back at 3:05. While they didn’t say, it seems no record was made of that conversation as they needed all of my info again and they acted generally confused. They now said tech would be there between 5 and 6. After hearing nothing again, I called them at 6:05. They did have a record of my previous call, just said the tech was busy, and should be there soon. At this point I had lost all confidence in their business and called Advanced Air Specialist. They had a tech there in 45 minutes and charged the same fee as True Tech even though it was now after-hours due to True Tech’s mistake. I lost a whole day of work due to True Tech.
