Perfect repair and timely

I was looking for an electrician to take care of 7 little issues. Dead outlets, a dead light fixture and other small problems. I had used a service from Edmond but their prices were outrageous and another guy behaved really inappropriately so I was online reading reviews when I noticed all the really great reviews for Rucker. I made an appointment and I must say I was not disappointed.
David came out and right away he told me the light fixture I thought was dead was not working because the breaker was off! I can't remember the last time I was in the breaker box but that showed me that Rucker can be trusted. David could have replaced the fixture and padded the bill but he didn't. He moved on efficiently but not rushed even though I was the last call of his day. He was respectful of my home and property and did a great job and was kind to my herd of dogs. I was pleased when my bill was tallied up and I felt that the price was fair and reasonable.
I can't list the number of repairmen from all trades who have come to my home to make some kind of repair and left me in a situation where I had to repair something they had torn up while doing their job or they had to come back and make the same repair because they didn't care enough about their work to do it right the first time.

1st Visit, Lakeshore sent a team same day to diagnose our slab leak. They arrived the next day to do the work. They completed all the work the same day and cleaned up after themselves.

2nd visit same service.

3rd visit we had a leak in our service line. The Technician was one we hadn't had before. The team came out and started work. They ruptured several Sprinkler lines and failed to repair them and covered them without saying they wouldn't repair them. We received little communication from the lead tech. It was only the other techs that communicated with us.
After asking them to repair them they did a few but connected then in reverse order to the valve box. I just spent the whole weekend diagnosing and repairing the work I just paid $6,400 for. Maybe we just got a bad tech. I guess these days 2/3 is ok.

Michael came on time and was professional & knowledgeable with our carrier A/C units. It was later in the evening on a short notice and he was able to fix our problem. We highly recommend the company.

Great service overall. Kept good communication for when to expect someone to come out. Solved the problem in no time and ensured the quality of repair was no less than excellent. Would recommend trying them out.

Needed a new outdoor faucet as mine was leaking. They arrived in the 2 hour window and replaced the faucet. They cleaned up after themselves and were professional. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Gordon's Service Experts is a wonderful company. I’ve been a customer since 1972. Their technicians are on time, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, personable and are always in clean uniforms. They are mindful of my house and wear covers on their shoes. Gordon's Service Experts’ pricing is very reasonable and I have yet to have them recommend something that wasn’t really needed or have them try to “up sell” me. I have confidence when they tell me “you’re all set” that everything has been inspected properly and I’m ready to go for another season. I can highly recommend them for your home HVAC equipment and/or service needs.

I called Mendez Plumbing on a Sunday morning and he was at my home at the exact time he stated. We discussed my options with my water heater and I decided to go with a new one. Milton was friendly, professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Mendez Plumbing!

The owner Jason came out the same day we called and was very friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing and told us how to keep and maintain our system. He also made sure that we were happy with the service before he left and made sure we didn't have any questions.

Jonathan has done a couple of jobs for us, and I will definitely be calling him again when we need other work done. He is reliable and does quality work.

I had used Joe on several jobs because I liked his responsiveness; that was a huge mistake. I would not recommend his services to anyone. On August 2nd, I reached out to Shaddix and sons regarding a leak reported from one of our guests. The guest reported that the leak was coming from the master bathroom shower. I called Joe(The Owner) to give him all the details that were reported by the guest. Later that day Joe, went to our unit to investigate the leak only... he didn't. He did not investigate the leak coming from the master bathroom shower. He went into the incorrect bathroom (upstairs guest bathroom) and repaired a wax seal on the TOILET. We were under the assumption that he investigated the problem and found a resolution, but in actuality, he did not follow instructions and proceeded to fix something that was a nonissue.  Three days later, we had a different guest in our unit. Side note: this is a short-term rental hence the frequency of guests. Back to the story at hand, our new guest reported the same issue to us. Per the guest, the leak is coming from the master bathroom shower. I called Joe to inform him of the issue again, and his response was, and I quote, is there another bathroom upstairs adjacent to the middle one?. As in the master bathroom!! When Joe went to investigate the issue after the second guest's complaint he replaced the master bathroom Toilet wax seal. Again, it was a nonissue but he fixed it! We trusted and assumed that he was fixing the problem. Joe then suggested returning to the unit to use a camera to check all pipes throughout the unit. Several days after, Joe returned to the unit to check the pipes.

When he used a camera to check the master shower drain. He discovered that a new shower pan drain would need to be replaced. On August 22nd, we shut down our Airbnb for the week to allow Joe to fix the shower pan.  On August 24th, our cleaners sent us a video of a more severe leak from the pantry. At this point, I'm perplexed, I reach back out to Joe so he can check this issue AGAIN. He went to inspect the unit again, but interestingly enough, he could not give us a diagnosis of the problem. Based on his response, we thought it best to get a second opinion. We contacted another plumber because I'd lost faith in Shaddix and Sons. Guess what the other plumber informed us?!? Not only did Joe never replace the shower pan; but in the process of him repairing the drain, he CUT the p-trap! Which caused an even more severe leak.
To wrap this timeline up, we hired a second plumber to fix the damaged p-trap, had a tile company replace the shower pan drain, and had to use a handyman to patch up the removed sheet rock that had to be cut to fix the p trap. It took 28 days for me to resolve this issue. On September 2nd, I contacted Shaddix and Sons via email and phone to ask for a refund for the past three services that didn't fix our leak but made it worse. Pretty reasonable right? Not only has Joe ignored our requests. He hasn't even apologized for cutting the p-trap which we showed him proof. All we asked is for a full refund for the 3 times he was supposed to fix the problem and didn't. As of September 19th Joe never once called me back; he's only exchanged text messages. I've only talked to the office manager who tried to get Joe to contact me. DO NOT USE SHADDIX AND SONS; JOE TOOK NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND DID NOT ATTEMPT TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM.

I had a pipe burst due to the recent freezing temperatures. I called and a technician called me back a couple hours later. He asked if there was flooding, to which I answered Yes. He told me the soonest he could come would be Friday when the temps were warmer. Of course I agreed but asked for assurance , more than once, that someone would contact me Thursday or Friday to schedule the service call. And he assured me they would contact me. Here I sit 5:00pm Friday evening, no water, and have received no contact from the technician or the office. Very disappointing.
If the job wasn't wanted they should tell you so you can continue looking for a company who does want the work.

Answered the phone with What? What do you want? and when I described the problem I got a What do you want me to do? They must not want business at all.
