Big Blue provides reminders and notices of appointments, and sends photos of their personnel so you will know who's at the door - a very good idea. I would definitely call them again if need be.

Jorge and Alfa plumbing has done two jobs for us, including rebuilding old worn-out taps that were difficult to replace. Their approach saved us having to replace the entire sink. They notified my when they were 30 minutes away, wore masks and booties, took no more than 20 minutes to fix the issue and were on their way! The service man did a Sewer Lateral check on a home in a real estate contract. Very fast and efficient and informative. He was done in less than an hour.

We had a plumbing emergency with our shower on a Sunday morning, the worst time to reach a plumber! After making several futile calls, I called Larrett and left a message at their emergency number, as directed by their voicemail. To my surprise, I soon received a text message from Aaron, offering to come over! After I described the problem, he offered several options, including a DIY fix with support from their app. Aaron also offered to save me the Sunday overtime surcharge — working me into his busy schedule first thing Monday morning — which I gratefully accepted. Aaron was prompt, friendly, and efficient. He quickly fixed the problem and coached me on the tools and products I needed, if I ever want to DIY a similar issue in the future. Thank you, Aaron!

After getting the runaround from other contractors I called Jorge from J J Rooter & Plumbing for a lateral replacement. From the beginning of the call he was friendly informative and explained step by step what needed to be done from getting the required permit, best materials to use, and the process to get the job done. City signed off without any issues and before you know it the project was completed. Is hard to get a contractor with good work ethics and I'm glad I hired Jorge for this project. Definitely recommend his friendly and quality services.

I used Marvin to install a water shut off valve for my dishwasher. I also had him look at my dishwasher because it would leak when draining. He fixed the the hose and now I do not have to buy a new dishwasher. Thanks Marvin for the fast and friendly response. I will use him in the future for other projects.
