Professional service. My plumber Victor showed up on a Saturday to address a leak. He was professional and diagnosed the issue. He had replacement parts with him and went about fixing the toilet. However the issue wasn't resolved. He spent the next few hours systematically going through different solutions until he fixed it. The work was clean and the charge was reasonable given the effort. Highly recommended.The only thing that was a bit annoying is that they expected me to tell them where the leak was even though I didn't know. They at first said they wouldn't send anyone if I wasn't sure of the source of the leak.

I had a shower that was constantly leaking and causing damage to my bathroom. Economy Rooter and Plumbing came to the rescue and repaired the shower in no time. The plumber was courteous and professional, and the repair was done to perfection.

Around 2010 they donated a tankless Noritz water heater to the Redwood Heights Elementary School auction and we bought it. He replaced our water main for a reasonable price and installed the heater in our basement near the shower, freeing up space in the garage. Relocating the washer & dryer in 2013 we built a 1/2 bath there in the garage! The unit has worked well for 12 years, and now we are getting it checked for the first time. I recommend Ray Lacayo and Lacayo-Colt pluming.

These guys are great. Have had them out for many issues over the years. Most recently they ran a Gas line for a new fireplace insert. The two plumbers Alex and Sunti were very professional. They wore booties on their shoes and kept everything really clean and cleaned up well after themselves. I really appreciated that.

The service man did a Sewer Lateral check on a home in a real estate contract. Very fast and efficient and informative. He was done in less than an hour.

After I described the problem, he offered several options, including a DIY fix with support from their app. Aaron also offered to save me the Sunday overtime surcharge — working me into his busy schedule first thing Monday morning — which I gratefully accepted. Aaron was prompt, friendly, and efficient. He quickly fixed the problem and coached me on the tools and products I needed, if I ever want to DIY a similar issue in the future. Thank you, Aaron!

We really couldn't be happier with Jorge and his crew. We had a complicated project - adding a sewage injection system to a new bathroom that we are installing in a cabana below our home as well as doing the rough plumbing of two sinks, a shower, toilet, and hot water system. They always showed up as expected, returned our calls and texts promptly and cleaned up thoroughly each day. Bottom line: job was completed on time and on budget and they even went out of their way to help jump start one of our cars with a dead battery!
