Highly recommend. I called Water Heater Masters at 10 AM and spoke with Alex, the owner, regarding my leaking 75 gallon hot water heater. He informed me that he could send out a technician who would arrive between 12 - 2 PM and that there would be no fee to send someone out for an estimate. Alex also shared that he had competitive rates and did not seem bothered with my insistence to shop around for additional quotes. I checked with other shops and Alex was correct. His price was right there with the others. Brian, from Water Heater Masters arrived at 1220 PM and did an immaculate job. After consulting with Brian and approving the replacement for the hot water heater, Brian made the call to his co-worker, Jesus, who arrived 45 minutes later with a new hot water heater. Brian moved items from the garage to clear a path to remove the existing hot water heater and scrubbed away some mildew from the wall caused by the water damage. Brian was extremely patient, professional and knowledgeable. At 3:30 the job was done and I am a happy customer. Thank you Water Heater Masters. And thank you Brian and Jesus!
