Jose did a great job for us when our older toilet tank stopped filling. He came right out, found multiple clogged components, talked us through every step and recommendation, fixed everything up quickly and efficiently, and left us in great shape. I’d call them again without hesitation.

I am so glad to get this recommendation from a. friend who is an elite contractor. He had used them on his own rental property. The plumber was clearly an expert in drains--professional in every way. The receptionist was also excellent. Much easier than trying to track down the solo practitioner I have always used.

Amazingly fast service for a busted kitchen sink pipe. As other reviews stated, they were quick to respond and was able to perform the repair and replacement in about an hour. Their price was also fair considering the time it took to come out and get it done so quickly.

11/12/20 I wanted to update my review and add that JJ is so skilled, friendly, honest, and helpful. He came back and did more work on my house and he did a fantastic job. He is always quick to reply and very professional and knowledgeable. He explains everything when I have questions and is also a wonderful person to be around. I cannot recommend him enough. If you need anything done at your house, definitely get in touch with him!

JJ is incredibly talented, friendly, professional, and skilled. He has become my go-to person for practically any issue with my house. He is incredibly responsive and fair and always goes above and beyond to do a great job. He takes a lot of pride in his work- and even more, he really cares about people and making sure that he does everything he can to solve the issue. I could not recommend anyone more. Raul is the best plumber I ever had to deal with. He cares and does a fantastic job. I was remodeling my bathroom and the pipes were very corroded. Raul came to the rescue and fixed everything. My contractor was so impressed with his workmanship. He did a very clean job that will last for years.

If it was possible to give zero stars we would. Phoned company on a Friday afternoon, was told by a man named Rafael that he would come out on Saturday as he was busy on another job and could not source parts if he needed them. Accepted his explanation and agreed he would come out the next day. Phoned around midday on Saturday as had not heard back from him yet. Got through to Rafael directly and he said he will call back later in the day to come out to house in the afternoon. Then complete silence. No call or explanation and no show, on either Saturday or Sunday. We had to call again on Monday to chase him, message went to voice mail. Called twice again on Tuesday and finally got through after leaving voice messages. Rafael told us he would make it out later in the day on Tuesday. No communication again. It’s Wednesday morning now. Would never trust this company or Rafael with any type of emergency. Poor communication, and non existing service. How they stay in business is absolute wonder. If COVID-19 does not kill this business, Rafael’s service surely will. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY
