The request for feedback is well-timed. My wife was just commenting this morning on how knowledgeable and respectful Chris Hassett and his partner Mr. Daniels were when they made their service call to troubleshoot/diagnose our Navien 240A tankless water heater. We have recently added a recirculating line and hot water delivery was kind of wacky. As it turned out the water heater is working as intended, but Mr. Hassett's patience and knowledge helped us isolate an unrelated tepid water issue. He also provided authoritative information on how to best maintain and get the maximum performance from our water heater (which we love).Mr. Hassett is a great ambassador for Albert Nahman Plumbing and we would like him to return to implement his recommendations.Thank you!Robert Lang

Straightforward, professional, and fairly quick to get us in our schedule, Mauro's plumbing left us very satisfied. You might have to follow up an email with a phone call, as everybody in the bay seems a touch overworked these days, they will make sure things work for you. Very nice installers as well.

We were having issues with our main line backing up into our bath tub and toilet. We were searching for a good company we came across JC Green Plumbing. We gave them a call, and we were able to get our service that same day. They came to our house, and took care of the job.

Chris arrived 1/2 earlier then the two hour window, that was a plus. After I explained the issue he got right to work and unclogged the kitchen sink drain and it works great! Professional and explained each step to fix the issue.

This is the crack the plumber dismissed after opening that much ceiling. This picture was taken by the dry wall guy after the repair by Larratt brothers
He found one crack on one end (only dripping ) and did not find this crack on top of the pipe where I pointed out first “ this is where gushing water came down.”
The plumber said he fixed it so I went upstairs and opened the faucet 2-3 seconds and flushed the toilet once , he was downstairs saying “no leak !” Done . He did not fill the bath tub nor run water to test any further leak .I did not know so I had the ceiling closed ($1000) then my daughter took a bath , gushing water came down . I needed to open the ceiling AGAIN.

Office manager dismissed the issue of not throughly inspecting the entire old pipe , no running water test. I originally asked for compensation for the drywall work which I had to do twice , did not go anywhere. He said the work was done right, nothing was wrong . So I disputed the charge of CC. I got a temporary credit then the owner talked to me finally . Unfortunately Aaron claimed the crack was a new leak , not related to the repair the plumber performed . Look at the exposed pipe and the area of the ceiling opened . How can anyone say they are different leak . I provided all pictures of evidence to VISA and finally they awarded me the credit. The owner told me not to ask for any repair and I am on the nasty customers list . I am very disappointed by his statement “opinion” , “definition” , “fact” ,” I got something free???
I fought this incompetent work because I could not sign the false statement on the form of “release of liability “ when he offered $500 with “ good face”. The fact is that the plumber was not professional. The crack did not appear after his repair , pipe is all connected . It is not a new leak.

We can continue to disagree but there is one fact that does remain. That is that you have had new piping installed by us for free. That’s indisputable. The rest is your opinion and by definition is not fact.

They did our lateral and some sidewalk concrete work.
Did a great job and at a good price.

The team was amazing and responsive.

From the get go, they were prompt, and accommodating, doing the estimate without even needing me present. Streamline also worked with the grant department with required managing inspections and the like.

They did hit a slight snag, due to EB Mud not mapping our neighbors waterline. But the crew worked to clean up the mess and coordinate with EB mud to rectify.
