I had a shower that was constantly leaking and causing damage to my bathroom. Economy Rooter and Plumbing came to the rescue and repaired the shower in no time. The plumber was courteous and professional, and the repair was done to perfection.

George and his partner Augustin are arguably the two best plumbers in Big Blue’s employ. They were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and highly skilled professionals. They worked as a team to complete a series of plumbing tasks in my home. They are top notch fellows; the kind of guys you’d want at your family’s backyard barbecue.

Both gentlemen took great care in putting on surgeon’s booties before entering my house and were extremely respectful of my dog and children. They communicated with me at every step of the project and did an outstanding job of cleaning up when they finished.

These folks are plumbing pros. They replaced our sewer lateral last year within budget and as promised. This most recent visit was for a vexing clog in our sewage line inside the house. They were here with an hour and immediately got to work. Cris Evans, a really knowledgeable and experienced plumber figured out where the clog was and stuck with it, cleared it and avoided a much more expensive repair. I am the second generation of my family using them and for good reason!

Highly recommend them, since they help me with a leaking roof and water damage to my ceiling during the rain storm we've been having lately.

They where abel to temporally patch my roof to stop the slow leak dripping down our kitchen ceiling and remove the water damage drywall in our ceiling.

They had to come back, after the roofer did a permanent fix on roof, to patch up and repair the different areas of where they removed the water damage drywall.

So my shower was all kinds of not right. These guys came, fixed it, and had my shower working quickly. Exceptional service!

We really couldn't be happier with Jorge and his crew. We had a complicated project - adding a sewage injection system to a new bathroom that we are installing in a cabana below our home as well as doing the rough plumbing of two sinks, a shower, toilet, and hot water system. They always showed up as expected, returned our calls and texts promptly and cleaned up thoroughly each day. Bottom line: job was completed on time and on budget and they even went out of their way to help jump start one of our cars with a dead battery! You won't be disappointed with JJ Rooter and Plumbing.

I had an emergency water line repair they performed for me. They were on time and super respectful so I was appreciative of that. Good team to work with and talented with their plumbing repair for sure.

If it was possible to give zero stars we would. Phoned company on a Friday afternoon, was told by a man named Rafael that he would come out on Saturday as he was busy on another job and could not source parts if he needed them. Accepted his explanation and agreed he would come out the next day. Phoned around midday on Saturday as had not heard back from him yet. Got through to Rafael directly and he said he will call back later in the day to come out to house in the afternoon. Then complete silence. No call or explanation and no show, on either Saturday or Sunday. We had to call again on Monday to chase him, message went to voice mail. Called twice again on Tuesday and finally got through after leaving voice messages. Rafael told us he would make it out later in the day on Tuesday. No communication again. It’s Wednesday morning now. Would never trust this company or Rafael with any type of emergency. Poor communication, and non existing service. How they stay in business is absolute wonder. If COVID-19 does not kill this business, Rafael’s service surely will. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY

Out of all the plumbers in my area, Plumbing Heroes is my absolute favorite. They're always on time, friendly and professional. I remember one instance when these plumbers in Alameda were actually a little underpriced for their services; but I took the offer anyway and that remains one of the best choices I've ever made in real estate investment!
