Upfront the service was amazing. I requested an estimate for a boiler system to be replaced, the appt was set, Harris showed up on time was professional and seemed knowledgeable. I paid for the estimate on the spot and now a week later, no estimate, no call, only about 8 emails asking for a review. I called at 7:25am this morning to follow up and was told that they would call the tech and I would receive a call back. 12:30pm no call. I called again and was told the same thing. Maybe after this review I can get my estimate, a refund and maybe some sort of response.

Gerald (the owner) is outstanding - he is kind, extremely knowledgeable, and helps walk you through your system to not only understand any issues you may be having now but also help you maintain it in the future. Schwartzbart Plumbing replaced all our shower drainage pipes and did an excellent job with hard-to-diagnose problems.  Rouset was extremely honest, responsive, understanding and kind throughout.  I have to say this was a difficult job for him, with an elderly owner and a very old house which came with lots and lots of tricks.  Yet he and his team did everything they said they would, on time, in a professional manner, and always with a smile to keep you calm.

Overall excellent! Alberto Alegria did a superb job with a difficult installation of a new kitchen sink faucet. Superior skills and attitude. And also extremely pleasant.

Raul is the best plumber I ever had to deal with. He cares and does a fantastic job. I was remodeling my bathroom and the pipes were very corroded. Raul came to the rescue and fixed everything. My contractor was so impressed with his workmanship. He did a very clean job that will last for years.

Anam Paldgyee of Green Eagle Plumbing has helped us for years with all of our new installations, repairs, and upgrades at the Dharmata Foundation in Pt. Richmond, CA. We've never had to call him back to fix any of our projects after they've come to completion (and our building is over 100 years old!). He is friendly, thorough, and amazingly skilled as a plumber. I have no hesitation recommend him for any job small or large.

If it was possible to give zero stars we would. Phoned company on a Friday afternoon, was told by a man named Rafael that he would come out on Saturday as he was busy on another job and could not source parts if he needed them. Accepted his explanation and agreed he would come out the next day. Phoned around midday on Saturday as had not heard back from him yet. Got through to Rafael directly and he said he will call back later in the day to come out to house in the afternoon. Then complete silence. No call or explanation and no show, on either Saturday or Sunday. We had to call again on Monday to chase him, message went to voice mail. Called twice again on Tuesday and finally got through after leaving voice messages. Rafael told us he would make it out later in the day on Tuesday. No communication again. It’s Wednesday morning now. Would never trust this company or Rafael with any type of emergency. Poor communication, and non existing service. How they stay in business is absolute wonder. If COVID-19 does not kill this business, Rafael’s service surely will. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY

I had a clogged pipe in my bathroom sink. The young man was professional and did a good job. He said if I had anymore problems soon with the water pipe to call back and there would be no charge for them to come and fix it.
