My good friend used this services. Kenny Rhett Handyman is professional and affordable. He came by apartment and installed a mirror quickly, and even helped to fix a damaged part of it so he didn't have to return it. So happy I found him, and I highly recommend him! I will use this handyman too!

They did a great job replacing a faulty gas valve. Also replaced my old sump pump while there. Nate was super nice, very professional and got the job done effectively and efficiently.

After a fire that destroyed the cottage behind my main house; discovered that my laundry room was plumbed to their water line! Alex and Diego came out and installed all new pipes, installed a shut off valve where I could get to it and installed an outside water spigot.

Alligator was recommended by several moms in the Castro Valley Mothers Club. I was very pleased with the customer service and the worksmanship of Alligator Plumbing. Used them twice so far. Once to clear slow running drain and a leak, which were caused by poorly designed and installed drain pipes. Matt rebuilt two drains and cleared clogs and reset our bowl sink. Gave good advice on replacing a bathroom sink faucet. We purchased the replacement faucet and Jafar came out to install it. Both times, my husband and I felt we received great service at a fair price. The estimate for repairs was exactly what they charged. Will gladly use them again!

I called JC Plumbing, and they were able to work with our schedule immediately. They were prompt and professional and also suggested what else i needed to stop our issue with plumbing. Prices were competitively cheaper from other companies.

Jorge and his son were wonderful, hard working people. We called on him to fix a leaky pipe in our crawl space. Having been down there before in my younger days
I know how tight it is. Since he was already in the crawl space we asked if he could run wire to our kitchen island and he politely agreed. This required him to crawl
an extra 50 feet in the crawl space. He also fixed our breaker box and a faulty outlet we had outside. He made sure to caulk around the outlet because the foam seal was
cracked and dry. Nice attention to detail there!

He spent a whole day doing the work when he was originally scheduled to do much less. All with a smile. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing or electrical work.

I used Marvin to install a water shut off valve for my dishwasher. I also had him look at my dishwasher because it would leak when draining. He fixed the the hose and now I do not have to buy a new dishwasher. Thanks Marvin for the fast and friendly response. I will use him in the future for other projects.

If it was possible to give zero stars we would. Phoned company on a Friday afternoon, was told by a man named Rafael that he would come out on Saturday as he was busy on another job and could not source parts if he needed them. Accepted his explanation and agreed he would come out the next day. Phoned around midday on Saturday as had not heard back from him yet. Got through to Rafael directly and he said he will call back later in the day to come out to house in the afternoon. Then complete silence. No call or explanation and no show, on either Saturday or Sunday. We had to call again on Monday to chase him, message went to voice mail. Called twice again on Tuesday and finally got through after leaving voice messages. Rafael told us he would make it out later in the day on Tuesday. No communication again. It’s Wednesday morning now. Would never trust this company or Rafael with any type of emergency. Poor communication, and non existing service. How they stay in business is absolute wonder. If COVID-19 does not kill this business, Rafael’s service surely will. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY

Plumbing Heroes team installed new water softener on my house. They were very responsive, skilled, and friendly the entire time. The job was done fast and professionally. They did a really excellent job and their price is very fair. I am happy to give Plumbing Heroes my highest recommendation.

this place is crazy, said i have to pay for the tech as soon as he gets in his truck!! are you crazy.. then had the nerve to say well someone has to pay them i replied yes your company not me, i pay for work/labor. not his regular business hours. ) $176 a hour starting from the time he gets in the truck...)
