This is the best plumbing company with the best plumbers in the Bay Area. I have had Alligator plumbing out twice. The first time, FOUR plumbers tried to unclog our shower (basically they did nothing and could not do it). Finally Alligator plumbing came out and was able to fix the clog, no problem! I had them come out for another clog and water pressure issue and it was solved professionally and quickly. Their plumbers are so nice, respectful, and really want to help the customer. Really, look no further and use them. You won't be disappointed.

Natalie was absolutely fantastic! She showed up quickly and worked super efficiently and even cleaned up all of the mess that was made while clearing the clog from my kitchen sink! I would recommend her before any other plumber in the Oakland area!

Mike installed a new Williams Top Vent wall Furnace. He did a great job. He arrived on time. He knew exactly what to do. Chad who apparently is a plumber for this company was running late and called and tried to diagnose my problem over the phone with attitude. I told him that I would just use another plumber and he said the following, “Fuck you mother fucker” and hung up on me! To make matters even worse, when I spoke to his boss, they refuse to fire him! This speaks volumes about the type of company that this is.

I called this plumber after my hot water tank fell off the wall and broke. They came on time and did a really great job repairing it. I honestly don't know how they fixed it, but they did and it was cheap!
