My thermostat stopped working and Supreme Plumbing and Heating was the only vendor I contacted that responded. Using their text feature made it easy to book an appointment and know when the technician was on his way.
Although I didn't have a choice for a new thermostat (system too old for the Nest I purchased and only one option on the truck) the new thermostat works well and I have heat again!

Not only were the twins professional, knowledgeable, and efficient but they came roughly within a few hours of my call. I contacted another company right before I found them and I still haven't heard from the other company. They were very careful to check with the manual of my unit to make certain their remedies were compliant. Also, I did not want to have another cold night and even though I still needed parts that wouldn't accessable until after the holiday weekend they left me with the best option to be warm while I waited! I couldn't not be happier. Their company and conversation and personable touch was a bonus! Too bad I didn't have any cookies on hand to let them know how much they were appreciated!

I called the owner Cody Evers immediately after I received the City’s dreaded notice that I had a water leak. After the recent snow storm in Austin, it was impossible to find any plumber for a month! I had covered my outdoor spigots, dripped every faucet and shower inside properly, etc. I called a neighbor who knew Mr Evers, and he was at my home the next morning! Booties, double masked including N95 etc. A master plumber! The problem was accurately found, diagnosed, and fixed in 2 hrs! A fair price!!

Akida & Amili have been my go to heating professionals since they installed a new gas furnace in 2015. Having this twin brother duo is double your pleasure! They are knowledgeable, friendly & professional. They have kept their prices reasonable for my annual heater inspection. I look forward to their visits. Today they even fixed my leaking hose faucet!

I've used Supreme on several occasions. Once for maintenance check on wall heaters, another was to install gas shut off for stove, and another was to remover old small wall gas heater and install with new.

Every time, Supreme did not disappoint. They were responsive when contacted for quotes, their quotes were fair and reasonable, they were on time and professional on actual work. They are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Akida and Amili installed a 2 ton mini split at my house. They did a great job. Walked me through the install process, detailed a timeline, cleaned up after everything was done, and did everything within budget. I would definitely go through them if you are looking for courteous professionals for your heating and cooling needs.

We don’t know which above items above apply, except the problem of an open door was immediately identified as the cause for the furnace not working. According to our receipt, what was done was Residential Diagnostics Analysis and Minor Repairs.

We were extremely pleased with the resolution of the heating problem and knowledge that A____ (cannot spell name;we could find it nowhere on receipt or any descriptions of your business) showed regarding the furnace and the water heater. We expect to be in touch soon regarding replacement of our water heater.

Akida is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed my issue immediately and gave me several choices for a remedy. He’s conscious of the need to save money and was able to give me good advice on both near term and long term solutions for our aged heater - will definitely use them again as the need arises!

We asked for a quote and instead they repaired without providing a quote first. For a cleaning job that took less than an hour, they billed $750. Again the key is they did not provide a quote first. This is extortion. Tenant already had space heaters so we would have passed on this and gotten a more honest technician. Beware.

I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. They came out on a Sunday which is highly unusual and they did an excellent job explaining everything to me and they were very fair in their pricing. They were extremely professional.

Look no further! These guys are skilled! I've hired these Masters before in the past, and will only hire them in the future. When we woke up to 45 degrees in the house, it was an emergency 911. Seriously, and the timing couldn't have been worse. Wife's working from home and she's freezing, we're both eating breakfast in sweaters and ski-masks, just as the first big storm of the year is upon us. I left a voicemail with Supreme and got a call right back. I knew they were busy because I called 2 other places (including non-emergency PG&E), and they were able to come out...4 days later!! Unacceptable. When I saw Supreme returning my call, I was calmed. Then they asked the only question any homeowner wants to hear asked. That question was, what time can we be there? Boom. And 4 hours later, I knew tonight we would not need 2 throw blankets, and a beanie just to get done sleep. Highly recommend!

Our furnace wouldn’t start just as the series of storms was starting. The guys arrived on time and were wonderful to work with. They are still working on it. But I have no doubt they will get the parts and fix it. Highly recommend.

I ordered a mini split heat pump and installed it myself. But just try to get an HVAC company to come and charge the system. They won't if they did not sell you the unit. Supreme simply said that they would love to look at it. Offered to come out the same day. They looked at the job, gave me a reasonable price and finished the job the same day, making sure to explain to me each step they were taking along the way, testing pressure, showing me the gauges and timing each test. I love using smaller companies because they are more interested in actually helping a neighbor instead of soaking a client. Great guys to work with!

Supreme Plumbing And Heating has done a couple of jobs for me and they have always been knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. They work on heating and cooling system types other companies will not service and were able to explain the issues and the repair process in layman's terms.

Another hot day in the bay area, and the AC starts making odd noises. With a Supreme Plumbing service plan I gave them a call and withing 15 minutes (this is at 8PM) got a text back and they were out the next day in the early after noon and took care of it. The twin brothers of Supreme came out and fixed my heater in no time and with calm, cool professionalism. I highly recommend these guys!

The air coming out of the AC wasn’t cold so we called around. One contractor wanted $5K to install a new pipe because the old one might be leaking. The company that sold us the AC unit six years ago wanted $30K to install a new HVAC unit with a 10 year service plan. Supreme was able to repair the AC for less than $400.

These guys are fantastic! After calling several places and being turned away, these guys showed up the same day. Within 5 days my heater was up & running. Lines of communication was superb from start to finish. I never had to hunt them down to find out the status. Akida was professional, on time, & did a great job. I will absolutely use this company again. I highly recommend!!!

These guys are totally rip-off and dishonest. I have called them to repair AC which was not cooling the house. This is exact message Hey Balkar, this is Akida with Supreme Plumbing Heating you're going to need a new start capacitor and 3-4 pound of Freon to get your equipment running again. Your total cost will be $750, would you like me to repair your equipment?. So, I told them to repair. After they left my tenant called me that it's not fixed. I went there after work to check; it was still coming on and going off very shortly and not cooling. Then I called them same day and they blamed PG&E Smart Energy for shutting them off and on which was not the case. They told me to watch it for few days. After few days I called them again and they came back and now blaming the condenser motor and want to extort another $1000. Also asking me to replace the Condenser unit for $6500.

Highway robbery and unethical. At 5:40pm I received a text saying technician was on his way to a property I manage. I waited for an estimate so that I could send to the owners for approval of work. At 6:35pm (less than an hour later) I was shocked to receive an invoice saying the work was complete and the bill was $750. Um where was the quote? When I asked why he did the repair without express approval, the owner/technician started raising his voice saying that by providing entry I am approving work. No that's not how it works sir. I was providing entry for an inspection and estimate. This company is highly unprofessional. (Note: tenants already had working heaters in the bedrooms, plus space heaters so yes this repair was needed but could have waited for a better vendor. Had they followed protocol and sent an estimate I would have rejected and moved onto another vendor.)

These men were knowledgeable and without a doubt very efficient. Answered all my questions on the phone said they'd be here and they were on the same day that I called. I highly recommend them and we'll use them in the future without a doubt.

When my furnace broke mid-winter, I called 10 different companies to find someone to come out the same day. Supreme Heating & Plumbing were the only ones who could, and they arrived within an hour of when I called. The technician (Akida) was kind and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the faulty part within an hour. He even provided some advice about how to re-balance the heating ducts in our house. I am very impressed. I'll definitely call them again, and I'd strongly recommend their services.

Stellar service. Technician were punctual, prepared and professional. I was unable to be present for repairs but they provided me with video proof of successful function test and an addition video of emissions testing. Service was greatly appreciated. Nice and very knowledgeable about water heater service but they charged 500$ to replace a 35$ item in an hour on Monday the 26th. Not sure how to justify that.

House had old wiring that wouldn't work with smart thermostats. SP&H responded within minutes and came out same day to complete the job. Everything all installed and working well now!
