Genuinely nice guy showed up within 15 min of my call to fix an issue with my sink.He not only fixed it an under 30 min,did it for less than competitors quoted but was very nice to my 5 year old son who loves to help,great job guys.

Chad who apparently is a plumber for this company was running late and called and tried to diagnose my problem over the phone with attitude. I told him that I would just use another plumber and he said the following, “Fuck you mother fucker” and hung up on me! To make matters even worse, when I spoke to his boss, they refuse to fire him! This speaks volumes about the type of company that this is.

Lady who scheduled the call didn't tell me the call fee was $125, which is high compared to another plumber I used. Tech came out and couldn't diagnose the issue and told me to call the water company. Water company told me immediately what was wrong and said call a plumber. Apparently, America's Best Plumbing tech can't figure out simple issues. On top of that, he acted like he didn't want to be here and made pointless small talk before collecting the call fee after doing nothing. Never using again.

Called America’s Best and spoke to Elly who schedule me fairly quickly to come out for an outdoor drain pipe servicing that was backed up. The technician arrived timely and took care of the issue. We have used this company several times and they have always arrived on time and taken care of our issues. Their pricing is pretty comparable to other companies I’ve called for similar services.

Second time now using America’s best plumbing. Had leak in the attic that was starting to cause damage the ceiling. Called the home warranty to see my options but they weren’t able to come until later in the week. I called American best plumbing and they were able to come the very same day. Just like first time using them they were on time and very professional. They went up to my attic, found my leak and repaired all within an hour. The best thing was that he was able to call the home warranty and was paid through them.

Chad and Tommy arrived at my house and were very nice. They are very professional. Within 20 minutes they had my kitchen sink line cleared. I had another plumber come out and only to tell me that they could not clear the line. I would recommend this company to others. I can’t say enough of this company. They have taken care of all my friends and family members. I’ve had several plumbing companies try to locate a small gas line leak in between my wall in my living room. No one was able to find it. I have not done a Yelp review before, but I feel this is the the most trustworthy an reliable co. I have delt with. I have a home built in 1927 an it has had some problems. The 1st an 2nd plumbers I called gave me estimates way above my budget, also they had a list of things I didn't know was wrong.i called Americas Best Plumbing,they came out promptly an gave me a much lower estimate. I asked how they could repair the problems for so much less, an they told me there wasn't as much wrong as I had been told. They repaired it at a very reasonable rate an gave me a senior discount.i have had them replace faucets an unplug a sewer line that my 3 yr old grandson caused by flushing a toy down. The employees are very nice and I feel very honest very important to me the owner Russel is very thoughtful an one of the nicest people I have had the privilege of meeting. I highly recommend Americas Best Plumbing.

Had them do a partial re-pipe on my house. in the process of this, they cut the water pipe that provides water to my backyard,. I had contacted them on several occasions to fix the issue that they created only to get nowhere. They don't want to fix it or seem to not have time to. This was at the beginning of March and yet still have no water going to my backyard. Seems I will probably have to spend more $$$ that I shouldn't need to just to get it fixed. No one from this company wants to correct issues that they create if there is no money involved after initial job is done.

I stopped off the 5 Freeway in Bakersfield to get gas and use the restroom after coming south from Monterey heading home to Newport Beach and my rental car keys accidentally fell into the toilet and it happened to be an auto-flush type toilet and down they went! Yea, worst nightmare possible on a road trip in a rental car with all my luggage inside including my handbag.
After an hour on the phone with Avis roadside assistance getting nowhere a call was made to America’s Best (it was now after 6PM so I was just hoping that someone would still be open and available to come out to the Chevron and rescue me). Elly was so sweet and said she’d send someone right away and Chad arrived less than an hour later.
He immediately got to work and assured me he was always the “MacGyver” type able to figure a way, anyway to get the job done! I immediately felt calmer when he arrived (and he’s easy on the eyes, the opposite of what a “normal plumber” looks like lol) He turned off the water and removed the toilet and fed his camera down and there my keys were on the screen!! Now he had to figure out a way to get them out... he got a strong magnet from the gas station attendant and duct taped it to the end of his camera and fished them out!!!! SUCCESS!!

Tanner and Chad made it out same day we called about an issue with our hot water heater. These guys don't mess around and get the job done... replaced the pressure relief valve and properly reset the exhaust vent, which I suspect had always the home builder had cut too short years ago. This was the second time we had called America's Best Plumbing... both times satisfied with the quality of work. I suspect this is the kind of service older folks remember and talk about from years gone by. We have a number of magnets on our refrigerator from local guys just like Tanner. Best service, best work, most dependable, fair price... much appreciated!

Horrible experience. Work took way longer than promised. Always two hours late. Did not bother putting plastic and left large amounts of dust everywhere so now my family and I have bad allergies. Left my water heater full of drywall dust and inoperable, I had to clean it for it to work properly. Hot and cold water pipes mixed up consistently. Left my showers all plugged up. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Chad came down to my grandmothers home to clear a stoppage in one of the pipes. After arriving promptly he finished the deed within two hours. Awesome price and genuine customer service. Needless to say if another issue arose, we would call them again in a heartbeat. Great experience!
