I dialled S&R Plumbing Heating. They were courteous, on time, and very clear about what needed to be done to fix the problem. We agreed after thoroughly discussing the implications and costs of the added work, and they finished the assignment right away. They checked the flow of the sink and gave cleaning advice. The service tech was very friendly snd exceptionally knowledgeable. He quickly discovered that the coil on my unit was frozen then thawed it out and waited for system to be completely free of any ice.
He also inspected system pressures and found system nearly empty and refilled with the required amount of refrigerant. My system has never seemed to run better. The staff was great in providing constant updates on when to expect the arrival time as well!

Sam and Ivan were efficient, quick to fix the problem and very personable- I look forward to hot showers in the future!

Excellent from start to finish. Called them because we had a leak upstairs. They worked around my schedule, arrived on time, fixed my issue quickly and efficiently. The Plumber was professional and very careful to leave my bathroom and hall (he had to lug heavy equipment upstairs) as clean and neat as possible. Their price was very fair for the work done. I would recommend them to anyone, good customer service is very difficult to find in around town. It was refreshing to work with a company that is customer centric.

We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

My shower was backed up and not able to be used. I called Rich’s and came out promptly. Not only was the office staff very professional. The technician was very professional and nice as well, he cleaned up afterwards and gave me recommendations as for it not to happen again. The person that answered the phone was not supportive. I explained my situation to him and he asked my location. I live within walking distance of the business. He asked about the building them. I stated it was an apartment complex. He than asked how many apartments. I disclosed the amount and he states he does not do apartments. This information could have been placed on the website as well as the hours of operation. Because after 5pm it is classified as not normal hours. So the rate would increase.

So i did not hire these people to do anything, it was all the owner of my apartment building. I got a lot of things to list off so #1 these people do not finish their work on time properly. So one Monday morning they barged in and took all the old radiators from all the apartments in my building, and completely damaged my floor dragging them out of my apartment. #2 they are very unprofessional, if you ask them when they would be more or less done they respond with hostility and rage about being overworked, understaffed and underpaid. Which i totally understand, but do not take it out on your customers. #3 they are very messy, they drilled holes through the wall and did not clean up the shavings left behind. #4 about 2 months later after they started said project still it has issues, now they gotta start all over again to see where one of their many negligent employees messed up the water heater piping. I wouldn’t recommend hiring this company in the slightest even if i owned property, they cause more damage than fix anything.

Excellent service. Came out to our home on time and gave us a detailed run down of our water heater and it's needs and services. This is our first home so we have zero idea of anything related to it. We decided to call them instead of using our home insurance. They quoted us a very fair price and let us know a timeline of when those services might be needed as well as what it would look like when something does need to be changed. Needless to say we will not be using insurance when the time comes, instead will be using this company to have everything taken care of. If you are in your first home and need plumbing services I highly recommend you use this company. I know we will from here forward.

This location is wrong. I was just told that this company does not service Newark, even though according to google maps, it is right around the corner from my home. They are in Garwood NJ.
