I tried to DIY a clogged drain in the bathroom sink and ended up creating a steady leak. I called this Company around 11:45am and At exactly 3:00pm on the dot, A repairman was at my door.
He was very kind and very professional. Worked for 35 minutes and was out the door. He was able to clear the clog AND fix my mistake...all for the standard service charge.

Mo is a great guy, who will go out of his way to help. I have had him come on several occasions and he has always been responsive and accommodating. Has the best rates, doesn't overcharge you.

our heating system stoped working i called my brother and he recommended Eco Plumbing and it was Amazing receptionist she was so helpful and able to get us an appointment same day when our boiler went in the dead of the winter. Moe did a great job. Worked the entire day and made sure nothing was left undone. Very professional. Very good price for such a big job. Would recommend a hundred times over.

Cannot rate their actual services, but I can say that I made an appointment online which was confirmed over the phone. Company did not show up for the scheduled appt, nor did they call or email to reschedule. First impressions are everything, and having scheduled this around my day, I definitely won't be calling them back.

My furnace went down the day before one of the bad snow storms this year. The day after the storm I called Eco around 9 a.m. to have them come give me a quote for what I needed fixed. By 11:00 my furnace was up and running again and was repaired at a reasonable price. I believe my technicians name was Moe and he was great. I would highly recommend them.

After i had provided him proof of his technician's incompetence of a HVAC repair, the owner behaved ridiculously disrespectful. Avoid this company at all cost.

I used this company to repipe the supply line in my house after an unfortunate event last month that involved a part of the line busting. They were very understanding and got someone out to asses my situation right away. The tech fixed everything same day. will be using you guys subsequently.
I will never use another AC repair company again after my last experience. Their tech arrived on time, quickly figured out I had a capacitor issue, which he replaced right away and was gone in less than 30 minutes. He could have actually charged me double what he did, and I would still think I was getting a good deal.
I had a similar positive experience with them two years ago, so I made sure I had them in my phone contacts.It's so good to know there are still professionals out there that can quickly diagnosis issues, and charge you a reasonable amount to fix it. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of his work.

These guys came out on Christmas weekend to fix our broken furnace, and Moe (our repair guy) was very professional. Less than an hour later the furnace was back up and running. They literally saved Christmas for us!

My shower was not draining and I tried everything to fix it myself to no avail. I called them on Saturday morning and had an appt for the same afternoon. My technician was even early and was able to fix the clog within 20 min. He even gave me tips if I run into the issue again. Sure I didn't want to spend the money but sometimes you need to involve the professionals.

The previous evening my heater went out and it was freezing. I called a friend who recommended Eco Plumbing and HVAC! I called them and left a message at 6 am and they got back to me by 7 and were here by 8 am. The technician they sent was too skilled and polite and kind! My heating was fixed, and he didn't attempt to up-sell me. I would recommend them to a loved one as my friend recommended them to me!!

These guys are TERRIFIC. We had an emergency at our pharmacy with our heater and even though its close to the holidays they came in found the issue and fixed it right away at a super affordable price. They did a fantastic job on a Saturday evening. There was a blockage in the main pipe of the building that was making water come up from the shower drain. They were prompt and efficient in diagnosing the issue and resolving it. I fully recommend them. We will be calling them again if we have another plumbing issue.
I found Eco plumbing & Air Conditioning here here after having a bad experience with another company. I could not be happier with the services they provided. I live on the third/fourth floor of a walk up loft building (probably one of the most difficult situations when having to replace a HVAC unit and water heater due to the steps and no elevator); however, they were very professional and did the job without any problems! They also were very quick and had the whole job completed (and took away the old unites) by the end of the day. When asking for a quote on the cost of replacement, they broke it down easily into three different budget ranges with all the pros and cons of each. No pressure! Finally, they were very quick and response when I needed to have them come out.

Ali Did an excellent job He did a great diagnostic on it
I had a dishwasher that wasn't working properly due to a clogged pipe.
A serviceman came out quickly and had to remove a pipe and replace it in order to fix the problem, which he did perfectly and for a reasonable price.
I would only use them if I ever need a similar service in the future.
We have an apartment in New Jersey that needed a plumber immediately. Found these guys on Google and called them based on their reviews and location. Spoke to Marc and he was super helpful even during these crazy times that we are living. He was able to send over a plumber and fix our sink back up within a few hours. My tenants are now able to get some relief knowing that they wont have to deal with any sink back ups as they are locked in during these crazy times. Thanks Eco Plumbing
We were not getting any hot water from the water heater. The pilot light was running so I thought it wouldn't be that difficult to fix. I Googled the issue and started following instructions. Things stopped making sense after a while though. I had to call Eco for help. Moe immediately dispatched an expert, who rectified the problem. These guys are experienced professionals. The rates are affordable and service is top quality.

Company is excellent. My heat wasn't working, they came the next day. They got back to me within an hour for scheduling too.
My fix was simple, didn't have the heat turned up over room temperature for boiler to start working. They didn't even charge me because of the quick fix. Definitely use these guys, they will be who I call next time I have any heating issue.
Loai was wonderful- he came to fix the AC because we had an electrical fire. I called at 12am - the company picked up and they were here by morning time ! He immediately fixed our AC but also noticed that our water heater was leaking which could have caused massive damage!! He installed that as well without hesitation! He was assertive, prompt, speedy, and very helpful! He was also able to diagnose what was wrong with our heating as well and will be coming back in the winter time to fix that . A very patient man. I called them today as I was having some issues with my central AC. They came same day, diagnosed the problem, and even came up with a cheaper solution than initially thought which was very helpful. But what impressed me most was their transparency with pricing. I was scammed hardcore by Kook and Sons last year, so I was hesitant. But he told me over the phone what the charge would be for the visit BEFORE he came, and gave me pricing on the spot for a fix, and wasn't pushy. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. So many plumbers and HVAC guys can be sketchy and cons. These guys are not. I recommend them fully.

Excellent from start to finish. Called them because we had a leak upstairs. They worked around my schedule, arrived on time, fixed my issue quickly and efficiently. The Plumber was professional and very careful to leave my bathroom and hall (he had to lug heavy equipment upstairs) as clean and neat as possible. Their price was very fair for the work done. I would recommend them to anyone, good customer service is very difficult to find in around town. It was refreshing to work with a company that is customer centric.

Excellent work! I had to call them after-hours at around 1 AM because our basement was flooding and all other services didn't even pick up the call. Mark was on the phone. He seemed tired but managed to send one of his specialists within two hours. He found the leak and repaired it. He also fixed the sump pump to get the water out. I can't thank them enough.

Our central ac needed repair, and I called this company for the job. Scheduling the appointment was easy. The expert was at our door bright and early. He conducted a very thorough inspection. The problem was with one of the parts, and he had to go back and bring the replacement. Our ac unit is working fine now. Thanks to Eco for sending their best technician for the job.
I never leave reviews but received such excellent service and responsiveness from this company I just had to share. They were highly professional and helpful, will always use them for any needed services that they provide.
Our water heater was leaking oily, sticky stuff. Most of the contractors straight up suggested a replacement without even taking a look. These guys agreed to come and take a look. The technician was able to utilize a temporary fix and said that it would probably last us 3-4 months, tops.
I appreciate his honesty. We have no budget for a replacement, so it was nice hiring these guys to squeeze a few more months out of our water heater.

We were facing heating problems. Our HVAC system was not operating at all. Something electrical was not right inside the unit. These guys came to the rescue. They had an idea about what could be the cause of the problem, and their hunch was on point. One of the technicians disassembled everything very carefully and fixed the problem.

He quickly replaced two faucets, unclogged the bathtub, and gave advice on the repair and replacement of the toilet. I was very happy that one appointment solved all my plumbing issues.
