Advanced Professional Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning

At 4pm on a Friday, the drain on our one and only shower blocked and all previous attempts to snake it ourselves had failed. I took a shot and called Advanced Plumbing. To my total surprise they answered and offered to swing by. A guy from Advanced plumbing arrived within the hour and successfully snaked the drain...a clog that required more powerful tools than we had on hand. He also showed me the point in the system where my snake could not reach and gave me some pointers on how I might be able to fix this myself via the basement if it happens again. He was cheerful, courteous, tidy, helpful and reasonably priced. Having a working shower for the long weekend was a total bonus. Thanks,I'll surely recommend

I manage a small construction company. Recently, we had a couple of residential and commercial projects which needed plumbing and HVAC services. We were looking for all-in-one kind of contractors. We found this company in the process. They are quick, efficient, and clean. Every job that they have done for us so far is top quality. We would surely be calling them in the future.

The service is great and excellent, at first the technician came to evaluate the defect and after found the defect, next day MOE and SUBIE came to my home to replace the device that was defected and now everything is working well.

Anyone who shows up on short notice to clear your main drain of hair and other nasty stuff deserves a good review! These guys were on time, worked quickly, and didn't charge too much for all the trouble of removing a toilet, plumbing the drain and removing horribly nasty things no one ever wants to see again!. Happy to have found a new plumber!

Couldn’t even tell what’s a general estimate for a faucet installation. Told them I will send photos / video, couldn’t even give a ball park estimate for a straight forward faucet replacement.

I had a broken A/C, and had called them to diagnose (and fix) the problem. Their mechanic was great. He was exceedingly friendly, and diagnosed (and fixed) the problem expertly, within 45 minutes of arrival.
He emailed me my invoice directly after fixing my A/C, which was very helpful.
His price was very fair .

The service tech was very friendly snd exceptionally knowledgeable. He quickly discovered that the coil on my unit was frozen then thawed it out and waited for system to be completely free of any ice.
He also inspected system pressures and found system nearly empty and refilled with the required amount of refrigerant. My system has never seemed to run better. The staff was great in providing constant updates on when to expect the arrival time as well!

We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time.

This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall.

The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief?

Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team.

Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all.

Nice Job!!! We have had Advanced plumbers come on two separate occasions. Advanced plumbing sent their service man to my home 2 hours after i called to fix my clogged toilet. He did an excellent job in under an hour. This company has great service people and their prices are reasonable as well.

Had an excellent experience with Advanced Professional Plumbing who truly work around the clock, every day and do a fantastic job. We had a big emergency where multiple waterheaters stopped working due to plumbing water damage and needed emergency replacement on the same day. The staff was there for us every step of the way answering many of our questions and addressing concerns even after 5 pm while coordinating with folks on site. Everything was completed on time even when it meant doing the work in the middle of a night. Very happy we found these true professionals and recommend to anyone who needs plumbing service in emergency or not.

I had 2 leaks from the main pipe and main connector.
Called them and they called me back with an estimate and ready to work on it immediately (so be sure to be ready to say yes or no when they called).
They finished the job on time and fixed it to my satisfaction.The work looks good and durable so I will call them again if I need a plumber.

The two technicians were the best. James and Subie. They explained everything and solved the problem. They are the go to men if there is ever a plumbing problem.

We had a major problem with water streaming from a ceiling vent each time our AC was on. Called Advanced and they sent Alex to check it out. He was very courteous, friendly and most of all knowledgeable. After asking our permission to open the area around the vent, Alex found a pipe with a crack where the water was streaming from. He replaced the pipe, turned the AC back on and waited to be sure the water no longer leaked. Hallelujah he was on point!! Thank you Alex and Advanced Professional for top notch service.

Excellent service at a very fair price. My home is over 40 years old and the drain pipes build up a lot of accumulation over that time. We had an issue with the line going to the kitchen and laundry room that I was unable to clean out with my hand snake. I called Advance plumbing and the guyz came and did a fantastic job for me. i'll use them again.

This company is so awesome! Our main drain line was clogged and it was leaking onto our bathroom floor and going out on the street. Called this company and they were out at my house within two hours and the issue was fixed on the same day. The Tech Answered all my questions and did great work. Was honest in all his answers. I would totally use this company again.

I had warm water flowing into my sink cold faucet, and a shower that had one temperature - no matter where the lever was placed.
He replaced the shower valve and fixed both the sink and shower issues. He went above and beyond his job by also determining that I had a leaky heater unit which was overflowing onto the floor.
He vacuumed 3 gallons of water from the heater pan. Excellent plumbing company.

One of the restrooms the second bathroom is clogged Pete from advanced plumbing did a great job clearing out the debris in the four-inch line . Very clean very professional give me the prices up front, explained in detail everything that was going to be done for the price.

In a matter of no time I called and told them that I needed to replace 3 toilets... He asked if Tuesday was good, I said I can make that work. Sunday the order for the toilets were placed, Tuesday afternoon the plumber picked up my toilets and in no time everything was done.
He made sure that everything was up and running before finally sealing it, gave me some tips on my new toilets and right before leaving informed me that if there are any issues to give him a call. I'll definitely be using them again.
