Plumb & Square recently removed my old tank water heater and installed a tankless heater in my attic. Rigo and his team are responsive, professional, timely, and communicate throughout the process. The area was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. They were very careful not to cause damage going up and down to the unit and in the removal of an old tank in the attic. After the install, he took the time to explain all of the features and showed me exactly what he did and why each step was taken. I have never dealt with a more professional team, and his price was very fair. Rigo takes great pride in his work, and it shows in the end product. I highly recommend that you call him for your plumbing needs.

Excellent service. Arrived on time, was polite, wore a mask, got right to work. Diagnosed issues with AC, fixed urgent ones, and gave an estimate for a couple other issues that need to be addressed. Strongly recommend.

AC REPAIR
DO NOT recommend this company; huge home liability!!!
Serviced my AC Unit that was struggling to keep the home cold. Servicemen mentioned that the unit never had a Flow Switch installed, so they installed one. Whole cost for evaluation and install the Flow Switch was $400+. Servicemen told us everything looked great and the unit is fine. They finished everything in less than 20 min. We believed that they knew what they were doing.
A couple days later the home is cooler, and we believe the unit is fixed and fine. A Home Inspector comes to evaluate the home and tells us many things wrong with the unit and ventilation:
1. The Unit is failing due to evidence of the backup drip pan leaking
2. The primary drip pan is corroded and causing extensive damage to the interior portion of the guest bathroom. Another portion is causing damage to the master bathroom
3. The whole ventilation system and unit is infested with Mold (lab tests came back positive)
4. The unit is failing significantly and the whole system needs to be replaced
...All of these things they failed to notify during the inspection, including...
5. The flow switch they installed inhibits the furnace vent from closing when the furnace turns on (huge liability for potential house fire)
Upon receiving 4 other references since then, they all said the same thing: the AC Unit needs to be removed and replaced. We don't trust them to fix the problem, and no one else should either. I contacted them for a full refund. The initial correspondence was cordial, and was referred to Manager Andrew Daigle. He was accusatory and inappropriate in conversation. Demanding why we called a Home Inspector, and other HVACs for references. He even questioned if our references all knew each other. Toward the end of the conversation he seemed to understand that his employees messed up, and that he would talk to his superiors about a full refund. That conversation was on July 19, 2022 and to this day (August 2,2022) I have not received a call back discussing the refund.
