I was scheduled an appointment much quicker than I expected to be. The technician, Branden, was on time, polite, and professional. It took a while to get all of my issues handled but he explained what was happening all along the way. Will definitely use them again when necessary.

Very professional and punctual. Before replacing water heater explored avenues to repair. Came the very next day to review and complete work. I had called several other plumbers who would only replace. Very satisfied with work.

My technician was professional, the work was done well. My concern is more that when I asked for an itemized receipt for a $550 repair, I was told that this would not be possible. I understand that labor and parts cost money, but it seemed odd that I would not be allowed to see the cost breakdown.

Had a pipe burst from freezing temperatures. Noel's was the only plumber out of the five called to be able to send someone same day. Friendly, fast and affordable.

James (Tech #2745) came out to unclog my toilet. He was very professional and straight to the point. He performed several checks and quickly determined that it was the main line clogged up. He climbed on the roof and got it fixed very quickly and didn't leave any mess. Have dealt with several other plumbers in Kenner in the past and was not very impressed. This time was different, he was very knowledgeable and hardworking. Will definitely call these guys back next time and request James.

They installed a Interlock Kit and 30 Amp Inlet Box so I can connect my generator safely to my panel. They charged a very fair price and did everything perfectly. We had our first power outage last week. We were able to run everything we needed including one of our Central AC units, Well Pump, Refrigerators, Lights, Router, etc.I will be using them again ! Very polite, professional.

Be prepared to get taken for a ride. 5500 estimate to replace a water heater with an existing water heater. They blamed it on code. Old water heater was in place and working for 16 years on a house that just passed a real estate inspection. Don’t do it.sadly it cost 100 to get an unreasonable unrealistic price.
