Noel's plumbing was great. We knew we had a huge plumbing project ahead of us and got several bids. Noel's was reasonable and the job involved tunneling and digging under the slab. The house was built in the 1950s and the old cast iron was at the end of its life. What really set Noel's apart was how they dealt with all the issues and unexpected problems that came up once they dug under and could really assess. They solved every problem as it came up and were easy to schedule and worked very efficiently. I would recommend Noel for any plumbing job, big or small. They respond right away and keep at it until the job is done. Great work.

Noel replaced a shut off valve and two faucets. I am very satisfied with the service and cost.

We called and a plumber came out the same day! He was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed our issue within a couple of hours even though it became complicated.

My experience was less than pleasant. From leaking water lines to leaking gas lines with my new construction build. Multiple re-schedules to finish and held me up an additional two weeks. Work was left unfinished and had to be corrected at full price I might add. No discounts or apologies.

Had a pipe burst from freezing temperatures. Noel's was the only plumber out of the five called to be able to send someone same day. Friendly, fast and affordable.

They were very responsive and did quality work on short notice. Will definitely use them again.

From new build to 5 years later we are still having leak issues. Over seven leaks from gas to water. Not sure how we didn't die in this casket they provided. I have the privilege of pulling up my new toilet to replace the leaking wax ring and last week we had to have a plumber fix the gas hot water heater line that has been leaking in the attic.

They came out the day after we called. The plumber, Nick, was very professional and polite. He cleaned up after himself, and he wore his mask the whole time. He rechecked his work before he left. Great quality work for a fair price. Highly recommend.

I've been doing business with Noel's plumbing for the past two years since I've owned my home. They are consistent in the work they do. Very reliable. The workers who come out to complete the jobs are very respectful and pleasant. They did a reroute of pipes in my home in 2019 which was about a total of about $1700. They came and did another job this past spring 2021 for me, which was installing a washer hook-up in a laundry room. The total for that was about $3000. Both jobs I was satisfied with the completed work. Today I had a small leak in my bathroom upstairs and Mr. Noel sent a worker out to take a look at the problem. Instead of telling me how the problem needs to be solved, the worker just went ahead and fixed the problem without my consent. He should have told me what the problem was and then ask if I wanted him to complete the work. I don't mind spending the money to get it fixed but it's the principal of just going ahead and doing the work without asking for the green light. And also unfortunately the owner Mr. Noel is always rude and short with me when I ask questions. But is very nice when taking my payments. I'm not sure if it's an age factor because I am younger but there is no reason to run a business and get rude when your paying customer asks questions. When I explained to Mr. Noel that he was rude his reply was well I'm just direct. What a way to respond to a customer! No apologies or anything!! Whether you are direct or not, it is a certain way you should handle customers, especially repeat customers! I don't usually leave bad reviews on companies but me trying to speak with him about it was a waste of time. I'm very disappointed in this last transaction but overall in him being rude when asking questions. Every customer should have a right to ask questions especially when they are spending a decent amount of money with the company!!
