Plumb & Square recently removed my old tank water heater and installed a tankless heater in my attic. Rigo and his team are responsive, professional, timely, and communicate throughout the process. The area was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. They were very careful not to cause damage going up and down to the unit and in the removal of an old tank in the attic. After the install, he took the time to explain all of the features and showed me exactly what he did and why each step was taken. I have never dealt with a more professional team, and his price was very fair. Rigo takes great pride in his work, and it shows in the end product. We had a great experience using Natal's Air Conditioning for emergency service of our air conditioning unit. Joseph was very polite, professional and responsive. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and what the solution would be. He went even further to help us understand how best to maintain the unit each season and other services that they provide on an annual basis. DO NOT let your warranty company send these people out. It started with a leak from the shower, misdiagnosed that lead to us paying a contractor to rip the bathroom apart to actually find the leak, fix water damage, etc. They broke a toilet and said I had to replace it with a cheaper brand which I refused only to find out later the guy didn't even tell the company or orhp that they broke the toilet. I ended up having to tell them and the warranty company if they came back out, I would call the police. It was a whole host of issues from them leaving a mess, the guy scratching his privates to breaking things. Read the reviews of others and believe them. Zero stars ought to be a thing.

They came out for a water heater leak one of the contractors told me it needed to be replaced the insurance okayec as well week later came to install new water heater they told me its fine just need pressure valve changed the leak stopped but a week later ig started up again when i called i was told id have to setup a new claim and pay a new service fee and received attitude from receptionist.
