Usually when I send a review, I'm complaining. In this case however i was extremely impressed. Matt and Brad installed outdoor gas lights. They were courteous, efficient, and generally excellent in their work. I would highly Ricihe's. I was expecting the work taking several days. They completed their work in one working day and left the job spotless!

I was getting crazy quotes from other companies for a sewer leak under my slab in the kitchen. They wanted to rip up my kitchen and break the slab. I called Mike to get another quote and he advised me he could tunnel it. Man was in and out in 2 day! I cant even tell he was here! I would recommend him to everyone! Great dude!

Response time is fast, quality of work is excellent Mrs. G keeps everyone on point, and makes you feel comfortable telling her your commode is clogged.

I had a blockage that was impeding my kitchen sink from draining properly thus I was unable to even use my dishwasher (a huge time saver for me). I called someone else before calling Bertucci Bros who were not able to get it cleared out and immediately told me I had a broken pipe underground that needed to be fixed by breaking into the concrete and replacing the piping through a tunnel.

Bertucci Bros had done a video inspection of the piping about 2.5 years ago and I contacted them for a second opinion. Brandon from Bertucci Bros tried a couple of different things with the drain and cleared out the blockage successfully!!!
I was probably the happiest client he’d ever seen before. He was very sweet, polite, and respectful, he was also very patient with me and all the questions I had. I've been doing business with Noel's plumbing for the past two years since I've owned my home. They are consistent in the work they do. Very reliable. The workers who come out to complete the jobs are very respectful and pleasant. They did a reroute of pipes in my home in 2019 which was about a total of about $1700. They came and did another job this past spring 2021 for me, which was installing a washer hook-up in a laundry room. The total for that was about $3000. Both jobs I was satisfied with the completed work. Today I had a small leak in my bathroom upstairs and Mr. Noel sent a worker out to take a look at the problem. Instead of telling me how the problem needs to be solved, the worker just went ahead and fixed the problem without my consent. He should have told me what the problem was and then ask if I wanted him to complete the work. I don't mind spending the money to get it fixed but it's the principal of just going ahead and doing the work without asking for the green light. And also unfortunately the owner Mr. Noel is always rude and short with me when I ask questions. But is very nice when taking my payments. I'm not sure if it's an age factor because I am younger but there is no reason to run a business and get rude when your paying customer asks questions. When I explained to Mr. Noel that he was rude his reply was well I'm just direct. What a way to respond to a customer! No apologies or anything!! Whether you are direct or not, it is a certain way you should handle customers, especially repeat customers! I don't usually leave bad reviews on companies but me trying to speak with him about it was a waste of time. I'm very disappointed in this last transaction but overall in him being rude when asking questions. Every customer should have a right to ask questions especially when they are spending a decent amount of money with the company!!

Update 7/14/23 - I had a positive interaction this evening with Andrew when he came out to my home. He thoroughly investigated the issue and explained the best plan to resolve. He was friendly and positive, a true professional.An appointment was set, but the technician didn't arrive at set time. The company explained there was a scheduling conflict and they would have the technician still come out, but just a little bit later than planned. The technician did show up at the later time, explained the process, completed the clean out process, and gave tips on how to best ensure a continued good outcome. Until it rains I may not notice the full effects of the service work completed, but glad to have this maintenance work completed.

I've been using this company since 2014 with nothing but great experiences. My calls have always been non-emergency requests, but appointments have always been available within 48 hours and their prices are reasonable. Anyone from the company I've spoken to - whether scheduling, billing, or the actual technician - have always been respectful and a professional.
