I had a problem with a broken sewer line under my slab. Harold came out, took a video of my sewer pipes and set up the job. His people came out as we had scheduled and finished the job on time. Everyone was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They kept me updated on the progress of each phase of the job. They did quality work and left a very clean job site. DO NOT let your warranty company send these people out. It started with a leak from the shower, misdiagnosed that lead to us paying a contractor to rip the bathroom apart to actually find the leak, fix water damage, etc. They broke a toilet and said I had to replace it with a cheaper brand which I refused only to find out later the guy didn't even tell the company or orhp that they broke the toilet. I ended up having to tell them and the warranty company if they came back out, I would call the police. It was a whole host of issues from them leaving a mess, the guy scratching his privates to breaking things. Read the reviews of others and believe them. Zero stars ought to be a thing.

They came out for a water heater leak one of the contractors told me it needed to be replaced the insurance okayec as well week later came to install new water heater they told me its fine just need pressure valve changed the leak stopped but a week later ig started up again when i called i was told id have to setup a new claim and pay a new service fee and received attitude from receptionist.
