The repair and inspection were completed in about 6 hours on the scheduled date. No further leaks were found.

Dr Pipe came to work on the toilet in my apartment today. Competent and gracious man. The only reason I am not giving five stars is that later, after he left, I realized the toilet isn't perfectly stable. He came to correct something different, but I was surprised the toilet was unstable once his work was done.

The person that answered the phone was nice and answered all my questions and they even had a text sent my way when the technician was on his way. I have used Blair plumbing since 1986 - 0ver 30 years and the last few days have been a horror. Last week I called to check a plumbing problem and for days they promised a plumber was coming and he never appeared. The woman who answers the phone told me that my phone line was always busy which is ridiculous since we have the same phone number since 2005. Now I have to find another plumber since these people are incompetent.

DO NOT let your warranty company send these people out. It started with a leak from the shower, misdiagnosed that lead to us paying a contractor to rip the bathroom apart to actually find the leak, fix water damage, etc. They broke a toilet and said I had to replace it with a cheaper brand which I refused only to find out later the guy didn't even tell the company or orhp that they broke the toilet. I ended up having to tell them and the warranty company if they came back out, I would call the police. It was a whole host of issues from them leaving a mess, the guy scratching his privates to breaking things. Read the reviews of others and believe them. Zero stars ought to be a thing.
