Best Repairs Water Heaters in New Orleans LA

The only thing I was not happy with was the sheetrock holes. That were left and not repaired. Had to call out another guy to repair them but the company had a name on file for sheetrock repair. The plumbing job was very good no leaks.
Plumber and crew very nice and cleaned up their mess. Took about two days.

Surgi's was very pleasant to deal with. Always courteous customer service. Received my annual A/C maintenance today from Troy Robert. He gave me a courtesy call to let me know when he was coming. He arrived promptly, and was very friendly and informative. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Noel's plumbing was great. We knew we had a huge plumbing project ahead of us and got several bids. Noel's was reasonable and the job involved tunneling and digging under the slab. The house was built in the 1950s and the old cast iron was at the end of its life. What really set Noel's apart was how they dealt with all the issues and unexpected problems that came up once they dug under and could really assess. They solved every problem as it came up and were easy to schedule and worked very efficiently. I would recommend Noel for any plumbing job, big or small. They respond right away and keep at it until the job is done. Great work.

There is SO much value in going with smaller family owned businesses rather than chains! I wish I could give MORE stars. We messaged the Bertucci Bros last night because the new washing machine that Best Buy had installed was leaking. It was something to do with the pipe?? (I know nothing...) Even on a Saturday, Mr. Tony arrived first thing this morning, wearing a mask (which I SO appreciated) and quickly assessed the problem. He left for the parts and returned within 20 minutes and just finished the job after an hour of tough work! Our problem is fixed, and the area is clean and all organized. He was SO patient in explaining what was needed, and incredibly professional. There is truly NO comparison to plumbing company chains. Friendly, professional, efficient, and AFFORDABLE. SO grateful. In case you're not convinced yet, I had heard of Tony from a friend. He does AMAZING things for the community and runs a non-profit charity for kiddos at Christmas who wouldn't necessarily receive gifts if it weren't for his hard work, passion and generosity.
